The Sakalya Ayurveda is headed by Dr.Manoj Kumar, B.A.M.S and Dr Valsala Devi, B.A.M.S, both of whom have a long and rich experience in Ayurveda treatments. They are ably assisted by a team of Ayurveda doctors and masseurs who are all well qualified and experienced in the field. Various Ayurveda wellness programmes are on offer apart from detox and curative Ayurveda treatments.
The Government of Kerala has awarded the Green leaf accreditation to Harivihar Ayurvedic heritage homestead in recognition of it’s facilities and quality in Ayurvedic treatments.

Description Of Treatment
Day 1: Detailed Consultation followed by a medicated herbal whole body oil massage and special herbal bath. Daily yoga, meditation and mindfulness sessions.
Day 2: Shoulder massage followed by medicated herbal whole body oil massage and herbal bath and shoulder pack. Daily yoga, meditation and mindfulness sessions.
Day 3: Medicated herbal whole body oil massage followed by a stress relief, restorative head treatment and eye pack. Daily yoga, meditation and mindfulness sessions. -

Harivihar is a little gem, a wonderful and peaceful place. All the staff is nice, smiling and welcoming. They take care of the guests without being intrusive in any way and willing to accommodate all their requests. The food is delucious and the Ayurvedic treatments are professional and effective. There is the possibility of doing yoga in a dedicated room or pleasantly on the grass in the garden. A place I would gladly return to. Sincere thanks to Dr Srikumar, Amith and all the team of Harivihar.
