REFUND POLICY
In the event of non-confirmation of a reservation or purchase of Loka Services for any reason whatsoever, we will process the refund and intimate you of the same. Provided that we are not under any obligation to make another reservation or to provide a replacement product in lieu of or to compensate/ replace the unconfirmed one. All subsequent further reservations and purchase will be treated as stand-alone transaction with no benefits accrued or having reference to the failed transaction
The User shall have the benefit of requesting for refund of reservation or purchase undertaken in the Distribution Channels in the event of no show or cancellation or in the event of unavailability of Force Majeure within 30 days from the date of availing of Services. Upon receipt of such refund request, we shall forward the request to the Service Provider and any applicable refunds would accordingly be processed as per the policies adopted by the Service Provider and/or by us.
No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 30 days as above and all unclaimed amounts for such unutilized or 'no show' reservation or purchase shall be deemed to have been forfeited
