Her expertise lies in treating life style diseases like obesity, burn out, hypertension, chronic conditions like multiple sclerosis, diabetes, rheumatic cases etc. Apart from Ayurveda her interest lies in Cooking. Together with 3 other doctors she co authored the Ayurveda cook book Mahanasam-The Culinary Delights of Ayurveda, which is being distributed through the International Book House. She is a passionate listener of music, especially Indian Classical Music and she possesses all the good qualities for a ‘Bhishak.’

My 10 day visit to Nagath Ayurveda was my first. What I experienced during my stay, truly exceeded my expectations beyond what I could have ever imagined! The deliciously prepared food served 3 times per day was like a 5 star restaurant of soups, salads, curries, vegetables, Indian bread + many varied dishes I’ve never tasted before. Our group have just spent 14 days at Nagath under the care of Dr Anita & Dr Ragesh & their amazing staff. The Hospital facility is first class, the grounds & gardens are tranquil, treatments are fabulous & all the staff are professional whilst being extremely caring. Nagath Ayurvedic Hospital is an instant respite from a hectic life and for the weary traveller. From the moment you land at Kochin International Airport, you don't have to think or organise anything. The hospital picks you up and 40 mins later you can be tucked up in a very pleasant modern room amongst the coconut palms and established trees. A small family run boutique property of 6 rooms finds you in a holistic healing centre of ayurvedic practice of the highest caibre. I stayed at the Nagath ayvedic hospital for 18 days. The good lady doctor and wonderful women took me from slightly broken to feeling well. The accomodation was lovely, the staff gentle and kind(, needed that.) I can only recommend this place and these wonderful people if your a bit broken. The food is amazing, the juices loverly and the staff so caring. I asked for a walking stick and got a hand crafted stick that I used in the rest of my travels, I left it with a lovely man at Fort Cochi Thank you Nagath...

I was looking for Ayurveda treatment center in Kerala and it was difficult to choose a good place as I hear many have become commercial. Finally I decided to go to Nagath Ayurveda based on a friend’s recommendation, and after contacting Dr Rajesh, I felt comfortable to go to this place and I can say now that I am so glad that I made the right decision.
