In the realm of Ayurveda, healing emanates not only from external sources but from within. The food individuals consume, intricately fine-tuned to their unique body type or dosha, plays a pivotal role in determining physical and mental wellbeing. Each dosha—Vata (energy of movement), Pitta (energy of digestion and metabolism), and Kapha (energy of building and lubrication)—proffers guidelines for food groups and ingredients, finely attuned to the balance or imbalance of its characteristics within each individual.
At Amara, specially curated menus transcend the ordinary, offering a bespoke experience for each dosha that incorporates seasonal variations and recommended styles of cooking. The amalgamation of the six fundamental food categories—sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter, and astringent—with the three macronutrients—protein, fat, and carbohydrates—ensures a culinary journey that not only delights the palate but also contributes to essential nutritional factors vital for overall health. With each passing day, indulge in new, personalized menus showcasing signature traditional and contemporary cuisine, all meticulously crafted with fresh, unadulterated ingredients, devoid of artificial salts, colors, flavors, or preservatives. Embark on a gastronomic adventure that not only nourishes the body but elevates the spirit at Amara.
