At Aarogyamantra, individuals don't just learn about a healthy life; they experience it through nourishing meals and overall well-being. The in-house restaurant, Amrit, serves nutritious vegetarian meals, healthy salads, and refreshing juices in a comfortable environment for relaxation and socializing.

The Ayurvedic dining experience at Aarogyamantra Ayurveda Village is a holistic journey, blending ancient wisdom with contemporary wellness. It begins with a deep understanding of Ayurveda's fundamental principles, focusing on individual body constitutions (Dosha), preferences, and overall health. This personalized approach ensures that the dietary plan aligns with each guest's unique needs.

Aarogyamantra offers exclusively vegetarian options. However, for Ayurvedic guests, the menu and meal timings are determined by the doctor after a consultation. Meals are served in the in-house restaurant, Amrit. Guests can savor traditional Kerala cuisine, Ayurvedic dietary dishes, and South Indian fare, indulging in a delightful culinary journey.

Aarogyamantra offers an enlightening day tour for an additional fee

Use of the indoor pool, steam room, sauna, and gym is complimentary for those who reside at Aarogyamantra. Operational hours are from 830am to 7 pm, please speak to the manager if you wish to use these facilities outside of these hours. Please note that this area is unsupervised so please ask one of the staff members to take you around to the area to make you familiar with the facilities before use.

At Aarogyamantra, the Integrated Clinical Team conducts a thorough evaluation to select the most suitable techniques from Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga, and Complementary Therapies. The practitioners guide individuals on the best treatments to enhance healing by integrating each therapy, achieving a balance between the inner and outer self.

Ojas, the dedicated treatment area, ensures a tranquil, clean, professional, and hygienic environment for all therapies.

Ayurveda, an ancient traditional system of medicine dating back 5000 years, translates to the 'Science of Life.' According to Ayurveda, everything in the universe is composed of combinations of five elements (panchamahaabhutas).

Naturopathy, also known as Nature Cure, is a drugless, non-invasive, and evidence-based system of medicine. It emphasizes treatments with natural elements based on vitality, toxemia, self-healing capacity, and principles of healthy living. Therapeutic modalities include fasting, diet and nutrition, hydrotherapy, mud therapy, physical therapy, oriental therapy, massage, lifestyle, and counseling.

Nirvana, the Aquafit area with an indoor pool, steam, and sauna, offers a peaceful retreat overlooking the serene garden.

In our fast-paced lives, yoga provides a calm channel to harmonize the body, mind, and soul. It's an ancient discipline involving physical, mental, and spiritual practices to achieve holistic well-being. Regular yoga practice improves flexibility, balance, and strength, and aids detoxification. Yogic breathing stimulates organ function, clears lung tissue, and connects the mind with the body, promoting mental clarity.

At Aarogyamantra, authentic yoga classes are led by trained practitioners, offering a range from elementary techniques to advanced postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. Yoga aligns bodily functions, providing tangible benefits alongside healthy meals and relaxation. The aim is for guests to leave the retreat feeling fresh, fit, and ready to face the world with renewed energy and vigor.

Common ailments include digestive, respiratory, and arthritis problems, along with allergies and waterborne diseases. Additionally, the skin becomes more receptive to treatments during the monsoon. Karkidaka Chikitsa focuses on detoxification and boosting immunity, often through Panchakarma, external applications like Snehana and Svedhana, a tailored diet, massages, yoga, and meditation. The diet includes Karkidaka Kanji, a medicated porridge with herbs, grains, spices, and therapeutic elements for holistic detoxification of the body and mind.

Aarogyamantra Integrated Healing's Karkidaka Chikitsa is curated and executed by an experienced and professional panel of doctors. This specialized treatment is designed to rejuvenate inner cells and illuminate the mind, resulting in an energetic body and enhanced productivity that lasts throughout the year.
