Outstanding stay at Sterling Wellness Resort! Had a wonderful experience from check-in to checkout. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate every request, and the team handled everything smoothly—including seamless coordination with Agoda for our booking.
Special shout-out to Gaurav (Resort Manager) and his team—Suresh and Sonia—for their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and prompt support.
The resort is well run and truly stands out for its service. Will definitely recommend and visit again!

Overall - Good service, decent value for money.
Location - average. Located in Tapovan, once upon a time a forest (van) for meditation & penance (tapa) - now a bustling commercial section of Rishikesh!
Atmosphere - the Rishikesh vibe with 24x7 devotional music, Onsite Ganga Aarti - coupled with a decent spa (English for tel maalish centre) & half-decent veg food.
Rooms - well-appointed & maintained with excellent room service. No view to speak of though.
Value - Ok with 2 meals mandatorily pre paid. Value would be better if 1 only meal was pre paid.
Suggestion - the healthy option Cafe Veda should be offered as an option for pre-paid meal.

We Stayed in Sterling Palms for 3 Days and 2 Nights. The best thing I like about the Hotel is their welcoming and Co-ordial staff. As me and my wife came along with a baby, the staff ensured that we had a pleasant and memorable stay. They were more than happy to cater to our requests for any additional support related to our baby

My experience at Sterling Palm Bliss was absolutely delightful, and the level of hospitality truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the overall service was seamless and well-organized.
What really made the stay special was the genuinely warm and attentive staff, who ensured comfort at every step. A special thanks to Anshika for the yoga session, which was thoughtfully conducted and truly refreshing. Her calm guidance and positive energy made the experience both relaxing and uplifting, and it became one of the highlights of my stay. The wellness centre was equally impressive and added great value to the overall experience and the treatment given by Anil was fantastic. Deepak provided excellent hospitality.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing, well-curated stay with thoughtful service, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

The property is well located. The upkeep of the hotel is good. The staff is very helpful. The spa section is clean and good. Special thanks to Suraj from front desk and Shalini from spa section have been a great staff. Very helpful and good at their job. Thanks to Gurav the property in charge who has been very kind and helpful and guided us well. Very warm person.
Overall experience is good.
The food quality is nice, however the more options in breakfast can be great. Kitchen needs to speedy up when order placed.

An incredible experience at Sterling Palm Bliss! The resort itself is beautifully designed and perfectly captures the serene essence of Rishikesh. I highly recommend spending time at their spa; the massage was one of the best I've ever had. A perfect mix of great hospitality, stunning views, and pure relaxation. Thanks to all staff Sonia, Rajeev , Suraj all were good and exceptional is their work

We had an absolutely amazing stay at **Sterling Palm Bliss Resort**. The entire team was so polite, humble, and welcoming—it truly made our experience special.
We visited to celebrate our **anniversary** and stayed for **three days**, enjoying great food, wonderful hospitality, and a refreshing detox program. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and treated us like family, which meant a lot to us.
A big thank you to **Dr. Vishnu** for suggesting the right therapies, and to the wellness team—especially **Bhawana and Anil**—for taking such good care of us. We also loved the meditation and yoga sessions with **Anishka**, which were very helpful and relaxing.
Special thanks to the **front desk and housekeeping team**, especially **Sajan, Harsh, Pawan and Suresh**, for making our stay smooth and comfortable.

I had booked for two nights and I must say, I loved the place. The location is walking distance from all famous places, The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially Suraj, Vikas and Deepak. Once I needed to go to the market and the GM of the hotel, Gaurav, a very cool chap from Kanpur, dropped us to the market in his personal car. This kind of hospitality is unmatched. will definitely come back to stay there.
Next, I would like to mention Vikas from Housekeeping who helped with laundry, Suraj at the reception was very efficient. Deepak from the housekeeping who helped with luggage and clicked our photos was very humble and had a great customer service attitude.
Thank you, Sterling, for making our stay memorable.

I had an amazing stay at Sterling Palm Bliss The hospitality was truly exceptional, far beyond what I expected. The manager Mr Gaurav went out of his way to help us—when no taxis were available due to a strike, he personally drove us in his own car so we wouldn’t be stranded. That level of care is rare and truly appreciated.
The food room and overall service were all excellent. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant, well-managed stay with genuinely caring service. I would definitely come back!

We had an excellent stay at Palm Bliss.
Spacious room, sparkling white linen, and fabulous dining experience. The dinner buffets were awesome - sumptuous spread; exceptional culinary skill; heartwarming service by dining room staff.
Special mention must be made of Manager, Mr Suresh, and Dining staff, Mr Sajan. They took great care of us all through our 4-day stay.
Commendations to Chef, Mr Vikas, for the finger-licking food, especially the dishes served at Dinner Time.
Thanks to the Housekeeping staff for attending to our needs with singular promptness. And to Mr Vikas, for doing a good job so that we always returned to a clean room after a day if hectic sightseeing and darshan.
All in all, a wonderful stay.
