Le revive Spa and their staff made my kochi tour and stay at hotel le meridiann memorable. Tried an authenticated Kerala Ayurveda therapy and it turn out be lifetime experience. Staff extremely polite , hospitable and well trained. Special thanks to Prateesh (Therapist). Looking forward to come back soon.. Keep it up guys !!!

Stayed at Le Meridian, Kochi and had Ayurveda body message with PRATHEESH at Ayuh Ayurveda spa. He was excellent and did his work to perfection- resulting in relaxed mind, body and soul. Highly recommended. Best

1. The property is beautiful and has lot of greenery around it. It was very relaxing to just stroll around near the swimming pool, water channel, the ayurveda hut and the open space near the restaurant (First recipe - where breakfast is served). 2. The Ayuh ayurveda spa was really rejuvenating. I took the mukhkanti face massage session and it was absolutely relaxing. Soumya, the therapist, is an expert in her job and the way she massaged, it felt so good. I have a very sensitive skin and any cosmetic usage irritates the skin with rashes and outburst of pimples. I realized that after this massage, the skin felt very soft and healthy and there was no after-reactions. In fact, the skin had a glow which I have not observed in years..Full credit to the team for using very good products, free of harmful chemicals. I also spoke to the lady doctor and she was very patient in listening to me and providing her suggestions on how to maintain good skin conditions and eventually become free of blemishes on the face. Thank you for your suggestions. I have bought the medicines and will start using them soon. 3. I only had breakfast during my stay and the spread and taste was just too good. There were items like hamoos, kaboos bread which tasted very good besides the regular masala dosa, uttapam, north indian dishes, etc. Nahari water tasted good and appeared to feel nice. Will need to add it to my regular diet once I learn how to prepare it. Overall, wonderful time spent for 3 days in the hotel and look forward to visiting again soon
