We stayed for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our time. This place reminded me of Fiji. The staff were so friendly and respectful. The food was top notch. This should be added in your list. The price is so reasonable.

I had an amazing time, thank you so much to the whole team - especially to the doctors and therapists (Anu). The location is awesome and I loved the beach, food is just amazing and super fresh + tasty, truly holistic approach as well as deep Ayurvedic expertise, great yoga sessions with the view + sound of the ocean, daily changing schedule … I felt so safe and supported the whole time (especially as I was traveling alone). What a wonderful place. Thank you so so so much and I will be back soon

We spent three days at Veda5- if we'd known how wonderful it would be, we would have booked a month! Everything, from the welcome, to the yoga shala, to the food, and location were incredible. It isn't the fanciest Ayurveda retreat in the region, but it has amazing value. It is truly authentic in spirit and practice. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the food was just delicious, and the treatments were so relaxing. I think I felt my nervous system actually destress for the first time fully, and my partner who is a bit skeptical of Ayurvedic practices also ended up loving it. We would gladly return again! Thank you to all the staff- you made our visit especially memorable.

Just spent 3 weeks here for Panchakarma. Never have I met a more loving staff. This is a boutique resort with amazing hospitality. The food is sattvic and the kitchdi is wonderful. I would highly recommend coming here for Ayurveda treatments.

The most heavenly place I have ever stayed at from the location, to the team running it, the delicious Sattvic Ayurvedic meals and deeply healing Ayurvedic treatments. Positioned on a palm-fringed beach, with a calm, warm ocean perfect for swimming, coconuts a-plenty and where you are made to feel like one of the family. The Veda5 team cannot do enough for you and really care about the wellbeing of their guests, or extended family as they like to call visitors. A piece of paradise you’ll never want to leave. I came in January 2023 and returned with a group as part of India Calling (indiacalling.co.uk) for yoga, Ayurveda and meditation, and the group cherished every moment here, falling in love with Veda5 as much as we have. We have already booked our next visit in a few months’ time!

We just had a recent 4 days stay here in a superior room facing the ocean. Clean, cool, compact room. Food and service was excellent. Pleasant staff and a friendly manager Duchetta? Polite and helpful securities. We had no trt but opted for just the stay and food. When we had to leave ahead of lunch time to catch our flight the reception girl was so sweet to pack a simple but delicious lunch and cut fruits and gave it to us as their complement✔️💞 Too happy to recommend this resort to our friends✔️

Myself and my husband had an amazing time at Veda5 Kerala. We enjoyed everything from the start : the varied yoga and meditation classes, the doctors consultations and the medicine provided, the massages and relevant treatments performed by very skilled therapists, the tasty and varied satvik food provided three times a day, very very comfortable rooms, the almost empty beach dotted with fishermen and numerous sea birds ... There is a great sense of community, we felt really welcomed, really at home, taken care of like from a mother and a father. At meal times and throughout the day, there is always someone to chat to, experiences to discuss, small adventure to create. We met numerous guests which we hope will become friends through the years. Thank you Veda5, all the staff, from the front desk, to the kitchen, to the therapists, teachers, cleaners, security, gardners ... You made our stay truly special, very high recommendation to all...

Veda 5 Kerala the silent retreat the best place to rejuvinate your mind and body .The beach is the most silent one among all then the smiling veda5 team who is 24*7 at our service ,taking their best effort to make our stay the best .i would recomment to take a vaccation to veda5 Kerala around May the climate willbe warm always sunny and less occupancy which is in our advantage where we get all attention to our self iam just waiting for my next visit seeyou sooooooon😘😘😘😘

Kerala is the best for ayurveda and if you need a vacation to home away from home veda5 is the best , the staffs make you feel at home i never missed my family in veda5 kerala as the whole team gives such a care to us we literally didn't want to leave the place unfortunately there where no rooms available to extend our stay ...but we will be back guysss miss you veda5 team🫶

"Namaskar 🙏🏻" the culture that i bought back home with me from Veda 5 .The team which tought me to smile ,to be happy & more important to love myself and to take care of myself.To the people out there who is looking for a place to find yourself , to be yourself and to bring together yourself Veda 5 is the best .Starting from Dachu &Tindu who welcomes you to their Heart till the Doctor's last consultation the day before you leave you will be living your life of your dreams....the food , yoga and the warm hearts of the staffs... you will never find a peaceful beach like this ever ... highly recommended ...Go for it 🫶

When you arrive in this small peaceful retreat, first thing you feel is the light beautiful energy that this place radiates. During your stay you'll be filled up with this energy, your mindset will change, you'll be super chilled and relaxed and you'll really start liking more to be yourself. If you are looking for a peace, beach and bliss - go to Veda 5 Retreat in Kaipamangalam. The beach there is empty, long and ideal for swimming, Ayurvedic food super healthy and tasty, treatments will take you to the heaven, rooms are simple, but clean and comfy, you can do yoga etc. It's all amazing in this place, but what makes it outstanding is the people who work there. Every single of them is so lovely and smiling, they really melted my heart and I guess I become a better person just being surrounded by their kindness .

A resort that leaves nothing to be desired. I felt super comfortable from the very first second. All the staff are incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. The manager Dachu in particular is the best! The doctor knows his trade very well - all the treatments I had were so incredibly good. I can only warmly recommend this resort. Why did I choose this resort and would choose it again and again? There is no minimum length of stay. And all treatments, yoga, meditation, dinner etc. are optional. Everything is optional, nothing is a must. You can book a complete program but also, like me, just an overnight stay with breakfast and then book what you want on site. I only had a few days there, but I have to be honest, I would have loved to have stayed much longer. A place of well-being, relaxation and health. The resort is located right by the sea, you can hear the sound of the sea all the time, you have the beach to yourself and you can go into the sea very easily. What an incredibly beautiful place. I will definitely be back. But then longer. Thank you for everything! ☺️🙏🏽
