A Healthcare professional experienced in expert Ayurveda care and Yoga Therapy since 14 years. She has shown clinical and administrative skills during her tenure at Pranava Ayurveda, United Kingdom as well as during the term at Sukhayus Wellness & Yoga Resort as Senior Consultant & Centre in Charge before starting own venture at Kochi, Kerala, India. Dr Preethy has completed her graduation from the prestigious Pankajakasthuri Ayurveda Medical College, Trivandrum, Kerala and is a certified Yoga trainer from the renowned Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram, Neyyar dam, Trivandrum, kerala. Her areas of expertise include management of various auto immune disorders, musculoskeletal disorders, Life style disorders, Skin disorders, weight loss and stress management. Dr Preethy has known for her Ayurvedic Nutrition & Culinary training for medical professionals as well as enthusiasts. She has done training for the clients over 100 hours and has also shown the promise by educating the wellness guests by educating them at its best and simplest way which has benefited them. Dr Preethy has developed first of its kind by combining the various techniques in the contemporary massage or traditional as well as modern spa therapies for the management of various ailments. Dr. Preethy has developed an integrated approach of combining ayurvedic treatments with diet and lifestyle correction by establishing the concept of prevention of diseases or managing any ailments through proper ingestion of quality food according to age, season, weather and ailments. Her vision is to improve the physical and emotional quality of one's life through ayurvedic way of living.

Great place in Fort Kochi very close to the real kerala part of Kochi within walking distance of shop and restaurants. Room was very good, clean, spacious and perfect bathroom also not smelly or mouldy like other places we've been in kochi. Excellent value for money. Our host Preethy was very attentive and breakfast was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Kochi. Recommended. PS: it was a bit hard for the tuk tuk driver and Google maps was not accurate.
