Very welcoming friendly place. The staff a very good. The doctors are very professional, Massages and morning yoga was an eye opener,will definitely try to carry this on in my day to day life. The atmosphere is truly amazing, the rooms are very clean, all your questions and needs are seen to promptly. The family running the business are very caring .it is a must to visit. All types of catering and special diets are maintained at a very high standard. Loved every minute of our 7 day stay here,will really miss it..

We stayed at this retreat for a week. . It has been a mind blowing experience that will always be most memorable for long. We went for Ayurvedic rejuvenation but we were pleasantly surprised by the offering that was far beyond our expectations. The property, facilities and the hospitality are 7+ star equivalent. The staff attitude is awesome and everyone is wanting to give their best for the guests. Everything is new, fresh and wholesome at the property. The organic , healthy Kerala cuisine that is being served is simply awesome. One would realise this if one has travelled extensively. The food is very healthy tasty and high quality. No dish is repeated and there is a very healthy mix of protein, carb and fibre. Awesome place for those are foodies (healthy balanced non fatty food). The massage treatment and the doctors are very professional and offer very good advice with effective outcomes. All this, admist lush green forest filled with exotic plants and trees that is serene and filled with the music of birds is most relaxing for the mind . Overall, this place is mind blowing and very good value for money. My best wishes to the management and staff of Softouch đđŒ Keep up the great attitude and spirit !! We made a detour from our original tour plan and decided to stay at Softouch for three days in June. With not much expectations and guided by some You Tube videos we landed there one early afternoon. What followed was a mesmerising experience which will last a lifetime. Nestled in lush greenery on the bankâs of Chalakudy river, this resort is run by Karadan family giving a personal touch to every service offering. From the moment you are picked up from the airport till the time they personally drop you back; they make sure that you cherish every moment and get more than your moneyâs worth. The entire set of villas and rooms are designed by Mr Kraradan himself with a unique blend of Kerala antique and contemporary styles. The small pond within the house giving a rainforest feel was amazing. Through the day you can find him immersed in various activities and giving directions to the staff thus ensuring that the this Ayurveda village provides international level services. He regaled us with stories on how this amazing place was set up inspite of the various set backs they faced. For yoga enthusiasts there is morning yoga. The doctors, Anjana and Sreelakshmi personally ensure that the right rejuvenation treatments are provided. The treatment itself was impeccable the best that you can be got. Mrs Karadan ensures the cuisine provided is lip-smacking; and personally supervises the preparation. There are beautiful temples and churches nearby. The Chalakudy market with reasonably priced shops is also where one can look forward to shop before leaving the Ayurvedic Village. Overall we left the place yearning for more and promising to visit again soon. Mrs Karadan dropped us to the airport also giving us packets of local delicacies. We wish them well and hoping to go back soon

My parents and I, along with my son, had a wonderful stay after Softouch Ayurvedic resorts. It was an amazing getaway from busy day to day life with added benefit of Ayurvedic treatments. The accommodation was amazing. It was a well crafted bungalow adjoining the main building thoughtfully allotted to us considering my parents' mobility issues. The facilities were modern yet seamlessly blended with the authenticity of Kerala. The surrounding was so green and peaceful, Mr Davis and his team are doing wonderful job maintaining the greenery in this summer heat. The passion and patience of Mr. Davis is clearly visible developing this property. We were welcome and treated like house guests with love and care by Mr. And Mrs. Davis along with their staff Dr Anjana, Dr Shreelaxmi, Ramya, Sabin and everyone else. Food was mostly amazing, we really enjoyed few of the authentic home cooked dishes specially a Sadya type preparation (10 items) as our farewell lunch. I would recommend anyone staying for a week or longer to communicate with Mrs. Davis and have a menu preset if anyone is not flexible with their food choices. We had consultation with Dr Henry Prasaad on our first day and got treatments as per his directions. We had Yoga sessions in the morning, 1 hours treatment session after breakfast, 30min treatment session in the afternoon. There is Chalakkudy river running by the property, 5 min from our bungalow. There are two kayaks available for the guests. We throughly enjoyed kayaking through the calm river in the afternoon. The setting of the swimming pool is amazing. Surrounded by all the greenery it is perfect to have a swim through the glittering mosaic of sun and shadow. We had a day tour of nearby tourist destinations included with our stay. We could visit the amazing Athirapalli waterfall. Overall I can definitely recommend Softouch Ayurvedic Village and thank Mr and Mrs Davis and their entire team for taking care of us so well.

My four-day stay was filled with blissful massages, expertly delivered by skilled therapists who truly understand the art of Ayurveda. Each session left me feeling refreshed and renewed, melting away any tension or stress.The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the outdoor activity of kayaking on the nearby river which added an adventurous touch to my experience, allowing me to connect with nature in a unique and memorable way. The accommodation itself exceeded my expectations, with spacious rooms featuring comfortable seating areas and modern amenities. The private bathroom, stocked with complimentary toiletries, added a touch of luxury, while the free WiFi ensured I could stay connected throughout my stay.One of the standout features of Softouch Ayurveda Village Kerala is undoubtedly the delicious food served at the resort. Stayed here for 4 days before heading out of Cochin. Wow, it was extraordinary. Each detail was carefully curated from the accommodations, food, treatments, pool, design, etc. The rooms were spacious and had everything you might need. The Ayurvedic treatments were top notch and I appreciated the consults with the Ayurvedic doctor who helped guide where I needed extra care. The food was outstanding and offered the opportunity to try meals I havenât tasted before (try the pumpkin curry!). I canât recommend this place enough. Itâs a steal for all inclusive with treatments! Plus only 30 minutes from the airport!

We had such an amazing experience with the Softouch team, we should say Family. We have stayed with them for 21 Panchakarma days. The benefits on body and mind were incredible and still profitable a month later. The holistic process between a special caring with professional and very nice doctors, incredible and powerful massages, heathy and delicious Ayurvedic food, soft yoga morning session all that. in an amazing area in the jungle, near the river made that experience:«The Experience» Thank you again to the founders and owners of the unique place: Davis, Preethy, Karan and all the very welcoming team around them. Excellent place for rejuvenation away from hustle and bustle of city just 45 mins away from Cochi airport. 1. Host family is great, very friendly and takes care of your personal specific diet requirements. 2. â Preethyji, Davisji and their son Kevin are very accommodating and provide all help you need during the stay. 3. â Ayurvedic Doctor Anjana takes care of all treatment needs and goes extra mile to ensure your recovery and well being. 4. â Support staffs are all very cordial which reflects the culture imbibed by the host family. The doctors are also very good and explains your douts thoroughly. We stayed 4 nights in Softouch Ayurveda Village in December 2023 in the pool villa and we had an amazing time there. The Davis family and the staff do everything in their power to provide a fantastic stay in their resort. The place has been built with an eye for detail and a heart for people. The food was delicious, all local Kerela cuisine and the resort is located on a lush plot of land suitable for short walks to the riverside. Also the small dam at 15 min walk and the Antripally waterfall at 45min drive are lovely excursions. We booked the stay inclusive of yoga and Ayurvedic Massage twice a day giving us the complete relaxation that we were looking for. Rooms: Super clean and very comfortable Nearby activities: Waterfall, suspension bridge, village dam Food & drinks: Home cooked amazing Kerela cuisine (made mild for our taste)

I visited Softouch for a two-week Ayurveda retreat in Jan/Feb 2024. I chose it based on the great reviews, and it lived up to every expectation. Beginning with the great communication before I booked and had a million questions, throughout every aspect of the experience. The resort is small and intimate, managed by a family, which means you receive very thoughtful and personalised service. I chose a Cottage room, immersed in the lush green of the property and next door to the Ayurveda centre. I received very thorough attention from the ayurvedic doctors and all ladies who administer the treatments. I was given a specific health plan, which included two treatments per day as well as nutritional advice, and finally a plan (with all supplements) to continue extending the benefits once back at home. I was served three meals a day of delicious home-cooked traditional Kerala food, which it was so interesting to discover. I also took the yoga class every morning - to complete the holistic approach of the retreat. I was also able to take a couple of excursions in the area - ask the family where you can go and theyâll gladly organise everything for you. I donât think I couldâve had a better experience - I feel better physically and mentally, and I canât think of a nicest way to visit India for the first time!
