Sitaram Ayurveda Beach Retreat

This was the first time for me and my mum doing an Ayurvedic retreat and we really couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for our 21 days panchakarma experience. Sitaram Beach Retreat is an excellent resort that goes above and beyond for your health and happiness. Next to the professional consultations and Ayurvedic treatments, every staff member is committed to provide the best service possible- From check in/ front desk over the whole kitchen staff to the room cleaning service and gardeners. We particularly enjoyed the awareness sessions such as group and private Yoga as well as Pranayama and we hope that in the future the resort will continue to focus and expand these sessions. We enjoyed to heal and relax in this small, green and beautiful resort, directly located by the ocean. Thank you for taking such good care of us! Namaste 🙏🏼

Heaven on earth! Best place to relax and rejuvenate health. Staff is incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. Food by chef Pradanth is fantastic, and yet you can still lose weight:). I will come back every year!! Good for solo travel and couples

I arrived as somewhat of a sceptic and ended up feeling thoroughly relaxed and refreshed. The staff are fantastic, the food wholesome and delicious and the Premium villas very comfortable indeed. I lost weight, learned a bit of yoga (in group and private classes) and even learned to cook some new delicious dishes. You can do as much or as little as you like….no pressure. My wife did everything on offer and loved every moment. She felt nurtured and cared for during the whole week. Its very authentic and we highly recommend it. Rooms: Premium villas very private and comfortable. Cleaned daily with love and care. Aircon and fan with excellent outdoor shower. Mozzie nets on all windows and doors.

I'm still in a state of perpetual astonishment, convinced that this place must be a dream. Living in your private villa, you drift off to the soothing lullaby of the ocean every night, and during the day, you're pampered by a team of experts who know the secrets of top-notch service and Ayurveda magic.

I had the best 14 day stay at Sitaram and plan to come back as frequently as possible. The staff are so caring and attentive, the food is delicious and just what one needs, the program is customised to what you need to take your health to the next level. Highly highly recommend.

I had my ayurveda retreat in March. It was really awesome. Great, friendly and so caring stuff. The doctors are experienced and professional. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, food very good and yoga in the morning with really good teacher. Thank you

About my 7 day experience: Sitaram is a peace of heaven on earth. Starting with the love and caring from all the staff team, I was amazed by the quality of the treatments, the delicious food meticulously prepared and the beauty of the installations. Doctors are Ayurveda experts and I felt understood and had the perfect treatment for me. All medicines are prepared by Sitaram with natural ingredients mostly sourced by their own facilities. It’s located on a beautiful beach spot where serenity lives. The gardens are well taken care of which allows many butterflies to daily fly around the flowers. It’s so beautiful! The yoga teachers are also a highlight point of Sitaram. I left Sitaram feeling good, happy and grateful. I would love to repeat the experience and make it an yearly must do. Thank you, Sitaram!

I had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable stay at Ayurveda Retreat Sitaram. The location right by the sea is so breathtaking and the rooms are wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and the medical care is very professional. The food was delicious and I achieved my goals. Sitaram is the best choice for the body, mind, and soul.

We did an Ayurveda stay the first time - 3 weeks. We can only recommend Sitaram Beach Retreat and we will come back. Main factors: bungalows are excellent, food is fantastic and tailored to specific needs every day doctors consultations (this is not the standard in other locations!), treatments by physiotherapist are excellent, beach is wonderful and you can walk kilometers in both directions without having fear, all employees are very kind and have always a smile on their face, Yoga trainers are excellent (on top of the normal group sessions you are also getting private session, and and and. I went there to loose weight and what should I say - I lost 8 kg without having a minute hunger and we both feel 100% relaxed and energised. Great experience and many thanks to the Sitaram team! Well done and we will see us again.

This was my fourth stay at SITARAM. Accommodation, medical care, catering (food has again been outstanding:), as well as the very personal support during my stay. Again, my stay has been a perfect experience. Unfortunately, during my stay, I also heard other mutes and I can not help, but to comment. They were all guests who had not really familiarised themselves with the concept of Ayurveda and treatments around it. Because one thing is clear: it is not a beach holiday, but an effective way to detoxify body and mind. In my opinion, there is no better place for this! I would like to thank all the staff, who are unrivalled in their friendliness and helpfulness. One last comment: I would like to decide for myself, when to take my meal outside and not be condemned to sit inside. This would only take an investment in chairs and tables which stay outside permanently, to make it happen:)?

This was my second time at Sitaram. I absolutely love it here, however, this trip wasn't as smooth as my previous one. During the first trip, they helped me discover that I had a bunch (20 something) different food allergies that I didn't know I had, and while I was there, they helped me avoid those items so that my body could heal. This time, some of the restaurant staff was different from before and not as able to handle my allergy list like before. So I was constantly having to try to double check my food (which I could only do for the ingredients I could see), even up to the last day I was having to send parts of my meal back to the kitchen because it contained something on my allergy list. They were very helpful, apologetic, and swift to remedy the situation but it was just so much more relaxing last time when I was not having to worry about what was being served because they had it under control during my previous visit. If you have food allergies, you are your best advocate, and don't feel bad about needing to send something back, they will take care of you. Despite that, I will absolutely return to Sitaram for my next Ayurvedic treatments, because overall, everything is amazing! I love Dr. Aswathy and Dr. Jobin! Anirude and Divya in reception are always so kind and very helpful! In the restaurant, Chef Vinood, Chef Presanth, Vishnu, and Amuljith were always very kind and helpful! In housekeeping, Vishnu, Priya, Manu, and Usha were extremely joyful and helpful! In Ayurveda, Thrishna, Mansu, Vismaya, and Anjali always took excellent care of me and made me feel at ease! All of the yoga instructors were wonderful! I loved dance therapy lead by Subraman (Subi) or Divya; it was always a great time! The rooms were very nice and had everything I needed.
