I stayed for 3 days at sanjeevanam Ayurvedic hospital. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The treatments really helped me with my issues. The doctors recommended several changes to my eating habits, my posture and suggested a longer stay the next time to detox. The food is very good. The room was clean and spacious. Exceptional Treatment Room Staff: The staff members in the treatment rooms demonstrated exceptional qualities throughout my stay. They were understanding, displayed a non-judgmental attitude, and provided valuable assistance. I would like to express my appreciation to Manju, Krishnaveni, Rani, and Sneha for their remarkable service and their ability to remember personal preferences. Other staff members could learn from Manju's excellent bedside manners. Friendly Doctors and Staff: The hospital staff created a welcoming atmosphere where everyone knew my name and made efforts to address any questions or concerns and direct me to the appropriate individuals. Dr. Hridaya, in particular, showcased extensive knowledge and regularly checked on my well-being to understand how my body was reacting and make necessary adjustments to the treatment. She was also accessible to other staff members, facilitating quick modifications in the treatments when needed. Additionally, she provided valuable guidance on how lifestyle changes can positively impact and improve the disease. I wholeheartedly recommend her to others. Restaurant: the restaurant strived to give us as healthy food as they can and I really commend them for it. I wish I spoke to the chef and gathered some recipies Improvement Areas: Lack of Information: It would have been helpful to receive more detailed information about each treatment, including its purpose and what to expect upon entering the treatment rooms. Walking into the rooms without prior knowledge was challenging, especially considering the limited English proficiency of some staff members. Sending an email with relevant information before patients fly or drive to the hospital would greatly assist in addressing this issue. Communication and Scheduling: On the first day, there was a lack of communication regarding expectations and schedules, which was particularly challenging for someone unfamiliar with ayurvedic treatments like myself. Receiving more detailed information upon arrival would help set appropriate expectations and ensure a smoother experience. Distraction-free Yoga Classes: During yoga classes, it would be better if the lady yoga teacher refrained from attending to notifications, as it caused distractions. Although the instructors were skilled, the constant interruptions were noticeable. Enhanced Kid-Friendly Facilities: The hospital could become more kid-friendly by providing additional outdoor games or activities for children to burn off their energy. While the movie room and indoor games room are available, they may not be sufficient for children who require more active engagement. Encouraging physical activities instead of relying solely on electronic devices would benefit both children and parents accompanying them during treatments. Reliable and Helpful Helpline: The helpline number (333) could be more reliable and helpful. There were instances where calls went unanswered or the assistance provided was unsatisfactory. Improved coordination and communication between the nurse line and relevant staff members would help avoid unnecessary communication and inconveniences, such as in the rescheduling of sessions or MRI bookings. Upgraded Library Facility: The library facility requires an upgrade in terms of resources and options to provide patients with a more enriching experience. Hairdryer Availability: Considering the nature of the treatments, having a hairdryer available in every room would be beneficial. Washing hair twice a day often necessitates the use of a hairdryer, and having this amenity readily accessible would be convenient for patients. Food Thermometer in Treatment Rooms: The treatment rooms would benefit from the inclusion of a food thermometer. This would help regulate the temperature of the potlis (herbal boluses) and ensure consistency in the treatments, preventing them from being too hot or too cold. I had taken a 14 days rejuvenation treatment here. I can’t help saying that this was the best place I could have chosen for Ayurveda treatment. I can enumerate a large number of pros and a very few cons (almost nil) about this place. Anyway I will list the most important ones. 1) The place and atmosphere is so clean and well-kept that I never felt like I am in a hospital. The whole stay experience provides the ambience of a resort/hotel. There are no bad odors of oil or anything uncomfortable even in the treatment rooms. My room had a great view of sprawling paddy fields from where we get a lot of fresh air and feel very relaxed. 2) The Duty doctors and staffs gave utmost care for me. They visited many times in a day to make sure I was comfortable and to assess my health condition. 3) There is a well-equipped Physiotherapy center and a Yoga center where classes takes place regularly which is good along with the treatment. My overall experience was so good and in the future this place will be my first choice.More

It was definitely a rejuvenating experience. To start with, the ambience in itself was a therapy... situated amidst a lush green hillock, away from the hustle and bustle of our daily city lives. And their team and team work was top notch. My consulting physician was Dr. Anil who ensured that I felt improvements in my body and felt better by the day. Also his team of nurse staff and other assisting doctors and physiotherapists exuded such positivity and were so approachable. The therapists and the people working in the restaurant were friendly, kind and considerate as well. Special thanks goes to Mr. Clint from the front desk/ reception who coordinated everything for me and for being an exceptionally sweet person. I visited Sanjeevanam clinic with issues of a back pain /neck pain.The first impression with the hospital was its cleanliness and neatness.Also the cordial nature of the staff needs special mention. My stay at Sanjeevanam Ayurvedic hospital in March 2019 was very pleasant. The hospital is rather new so there were a few administrative cracks that were still being ironed out eg communication between staff, communication in terms of the prescribed treatment, and some of the facilities were not yet ready. What’s more, due to the location of the hospital, in between treatments there isn’t much to do by way of activities. I would suggest packing a lot of books! I found the treatments to be pleasant and relaxing for the most part, however I had to request for a small mattress to be put down on the wooden treatment table as I was getting bruises from its hardness. The food was incredible, absolutely top notch, and you can be sure it follows strict Ayurvedic preparation principles. The staff were all so lovely, smiling and helpful. Some of them didn’t speak English too well but you are able to communicate with them nonetheless. Once the hospital has all the facilities up and running and there are more outings/ social activities on offer then I would not hesitate to come here again for a longer stay!More

Got treated for shoulder pain. One of the oil based treatment they used caused severe acne on my face. It was progressive so I wish the doctors identified this and changed the treatment. Place is clean. The house keepers and nurses who do the treatment are professional and nice. Shoulder pain went down by 10%. I can update the results here after couple of months if the condition improves.
