Rishi Yoga and Meditation Academy is considered as one of the topmost traditional yoga schools in India with many years of teaching experience. We teach traditional authentic Indian Hatha yoga in the systematic and classical style.
Our main aim is to propagate the science of yoga in its real essence. Over 500 people from all over the globe have received successful training in yoga and meditation from the academy.
All our courses are limited to small groups of participants as we always dedicate ourselves to give more individual focus and attention and thereby helps one in his/her individual progress, thereby results in a collective progress. Our academy provides the precious opportunity to learn yoga from the land of its source and from traditional Hatha yoga teachers.
The school is located in a very calm, peaceful and serene environment surrounded by lush greenery, palm trees, the beautiful backwaters and the Arabian Sea. It is a very calm and quite place away from the noises of the busy world.

He is certified yoga alliance international yoga coach. He has undergone yoga and meditation trainings from various experts and gurus in the field of traditional yoga. He is also a traditional Reiki master. His teaching style is simple, easy and flexible. He has gone deep into the core of Indian traditional yoga and his mission is to make others experience the real authentic Indian yoga. He teaches yoga in a holistic manner that suits the individual needs and has been conducting sessions and workshops for organizations, corporate, monasteries and many nonprofit centers.

It is her vision and sincere effort that resulted in the establishment of the yoga academy. Her whole life is dedicated towards sharing of true yogic experience.
Qualification
She has studied yoga from various schools in India and is also a yoga shiromani holder. She is highly experienced in teaching core hatha yoga, pranayama and many ancient meditation techniques and is a spiritual counsellor as well. She has received various awards and honors from many organisations and featured in many magazines, television channels and various yoga seminars throughout India.
