Rajah Group entered the Ayurvedic Pharmaceuticals sector by establishing a medicine manufacturing unit. Initially created to provide authentic medicines exclusively for in-house guests, the unit evolved into a G.M.P. certified Medicine factory to meet growing demand. This modern plant ensures consistent medicine quality while maintaining affordability.
Under the Rajah Ayurveda banner, there are four distinct centers: Rajah Healthy Acres, Rajah Island, Rajah Beach, and Rajah Eco Beach. The option to split your stay across these centers is available based on availability and approval from attending doctors.
Rajah Healthy Acres is situated in a 200-acre rubber plantation at Koottanad in Palakkad, Kerala. Rajah Ayurveda medical team, comprising 10 Physicians and 60 therapists, resides on the premises for round-the-clock care. The center includes a GMP-certified manufacturing unit. With the plantation as a backdrop, guests can encounter peacocks, cranes, sparrows, and many other tropical animals along the resort trails.
Rajah Ayurveda's uniqueness is highlighted by its herbal garden and plantation, featuring a diverse collection of Ayurvedic herbs and naturally grown plants. Traditional Kerala vegetation, like Coconut Trees, Mango Trees, Jackfruit, and Banana plants, can be found. Awareness counseling at Rajah Ayurveda involves detailed consultations with doctors and comprehensive presentations, enlightening guests about Ayurvedic fundamentals, medicines, and treatments.

It is very difficult to find an ayurvedic place in Kerala that is all of the following: Authentic, Comfortable, Reasonably Priced, Picturesque. Well, the Rajah family of ayurvedic centers (Healthy Acres, Island and the Beach) meets all these criterion. This review is about Rajah Healthy Acres that is the original flagship location, and is tucked in the forests. It has a full fledged ayurvedic hospital, but this review relates to the Resort that consists of spacious, comfortable rooms / huts / villas to suit your budget. The doctors are genuine, the treatments are authentic, the medicines are home made, the food is just right, and all at a very reasonable price.

Best experience ever for an ayurveda treatment. Very professional and very smart doctors. They are listening to you and taking care of your problems. Pains in joints, global balance of your body. Very respectful and very attentive to your expectations. It's not really a 5 stars hotel !, the beds and mattresses are not comfortable so we had to change them but everything/problems are solved quickly. Very good food/fruits and fruit juices. The treatment is very tiring after too weeks.. so don't schedule a very long and fast race to visit India.. stay calm and enjoy the coast ! At the moment I've been there, there are some surprising cooking courses, incredibile spices there ! The little village is a living village with a colorful life.
