Worked as the Principal of Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram for 5 years and retired as Director of Ayurveda Medical Education by 2010. Served as the State Programme Manager, NRHM (National Rural Health Mission) for 2 years. Government of Kerala awarded Good Service Entry in 2009. Was the Principal of Amritha School of Ayurveda for 7 years. He was the CCIM Member (Central Council of Indian Medicine) New Delhi for 10 long years. Was also a member in Scientific Advisory Board of CCRAS, New Delhi for 9 years. Government of India awarded Best Teacher Award in 2016. My 4.5 year old son had undergone his 45 days treatment with Raha Center and I am 100% satisfied. My son had not achieved walking before but after starting his treatment with Raha there has been a tremendous change in his muscles and he has begun walking with support. This center not only focuses on ayurvedic treatment but also on all other modern treatments such as physiotherapy, speech therapy, acupressure. All these treatments were provided to my son on daily basis with more than 2 sessions for each treatment. They also focus on higher mental functions. The Raha team of doctors are highly experienced, skilled and dedicated. Their hospitality is outstanding. I am also highly satisfied with their administration and their room facilities/ services. I am a senior consultant neurologist in Kochi.l had an excellent experience at RAHA ayurvedic centre at Panampilly nagar while treating my severe left knee pain & swelling due to meniscal tear & impending stress fracture of tibial plateau. I had a dramatic relief in 5-6 days of integrated ayurvedic treatment & Physiotherapy at RAHA with significant resolution of pain & swelling which was not otherwise attained by NSAID, steroids & Physiotherapy for 1 month prior to consulting RAHA. I would like to appreciate the highly professional, scientific & well coordinated approach of a team of sincere & dedicated ayurvedic doctors including Dr Anwar, Dr Jiji, Dr Nambudiri, Dr Sreeni, Dr Preetha & Dr Soumya and a well experienced & senior physiatrist Dr Biju Raveendran who guides the well trained Physiotherapy team at RAHA. I was admitted at RAHA for back pain and knee pain for 21 days. I got very good relief after the treatment.The Stay at RAHA was very comfortable.The entire staff was very co operative and personal care was given to everyone.The approach of the staff was very much patient friendly.The overall cleanliness an hygiene of the hospital is highly appreciated. Payment must be received before the cut-off date mentioned by Central Reservations at the time of booking failing which reservation will be cancelled. Cancellation of a reservation received between 30 - 15 days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the whole duration of the stay. Cancellation of a reservation received less than 15 days will incur a cancellation charge for the entire length of stay.
