I stayed for 10 days with an amazing team of doctors and therapists. They were so caring and attentive to all my issues. Not mentioning how good the food was. Customised to meet my health issues I now feel so good after the treatment at Raha; pain has nearly disappeared and feeling better everyday. I am now planning to go next year. I will like to thank Drs Anwar, Induja, Jiji, Jijil, Biju, Vyshna, Swatee, Fatima, Shanu, the nurse, the cook and the therapists specially Alfie for making my stay so memorable. I stayed 31days for my neck and lower back pain treatment..The location is very nice green near a lake ,really pleasant and clean rooms and all staffs are very cooperative. The Doctors are really caring they listen the problem very patently and diagnosing the root cause of the disease and as per that they advise the treatment .After 31days treatment my pain is almost vanished,my whole hearted thanks to the doctors. If anyone looking for ayurvedic treatments I highly recommend this place.

At early 50s, having a hectic and careless lifestyle having just revealed the gingerly nature of my health (high diabetic, high cholesterol, fatty liver and other associated issues, i had become really worried. That is when I got introduced through a friend to Dr Anwar of Raha Ayurveda. Couple of telephone conversations and constitutions later, i took a quick decision of packing my bags and getting admitted in Raha Bamboo Lagoon. In hindsight, that is one of the most prudent and superb decisions of my life so far. Two weeks later, i came back a different person with all internal health indicators normal or with significant progress. A strict routine that included therapy, medication, yoga, physiotherapy, exercises and self reflection amidst a serene environs brought fantastic results that i am able to sustain. Words alone can't fully describe the level of professionalism and personal care given to everyone. A team of fantastic doctors, wise between ears and multi disciplinary experience, use and application of modern science based methods in evaluation and assessment as well as personalised routine that is strictly supervised - all makes Raha Ayurveda a great place for medical treatment. All these with high level of ethics and humaneness. The centre is immaculately maintained, within the city but away from the madness, excellent infrastructure and comfortable interiors. I can't thank enough Dr Dheeraj, Dr Srini and all others who were interacting with me on a daily basis, ensuring my comfort and care. What should I say about Dr Anwar... a fantastic person and professional, with deep knowledge of modern medicine that he combines with traditional approach of Ayurveda, a visionary and a humanist. I had an absolutely incredible experience at Raha Bamboo Lagoon Ayurveda Village! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The serene bamboo surroundings and tranquil lagoon create a perfect backdrop. I spent 30 days at Raha Bamboo Lagoon Ayurveda Village, and I can't express how grateful I am for the my experience I had there. I came with a spinal cord injury, and the care and support I received were beyond exceptional. The Ayurvedic treatments and therapies tailored to my specific needs were incredibly effective. I noticed a significant improvement in my mobility and overall well-being during my stay. The Ayurvedic cuisine provided was not only delicious but also designed to complement my treatment plan. The dietary guidance was spot on, and I now have a better understanding of how nutrition plays a crucial role in healing. Post my TLIF surgery on L4/S1, I suffered with severe back pain and burning pain in my left leg. I could not walk for more than 15 minutes. However after my visit and with the excellent treatment provided by Dr Anwar’s medical team as well as the 24 hr medical support team lead by Dr Jijil, I am now pain free from my previous severe back pain and 85% pain reduction in my left leg. A special thank you to the th e Aryuveda team, Mohamed Salman- He is top class- The physio team, the Acupuncture team, The Drs, the pharmacy team, the cleaning team, the chef - who made amazing South African “chow” ie Food. To continue my rehabilitation I will be back- Allah willing.

My wife and I spent three weeks at Raha Bamboo Lagoon Ayurveda Village upon the recommendation of a friend who had a treatment there. We were captivated by the natural beauty of the green setting and the care and attention provided to us by all staff (medical and support staff). Every day, we had two Ayuvedic treatments, two physio sessions as well as a session of yoga, naturopathy or acupuncture, as required. The staff is attentive and caring and the place is well maintained. We were particularly impressed by the support network provided by the rehabilitation centre. We had access to experienced general ayurveda doctors as well as to specialists in neurology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, psychology and psychiatry, as and when required. During our stay, we also had an XRay examination, blood tests and a foot scan which was organised with efficiency and gumption. And the service and medical advice was world class. I was fully satisfied by the treatment that I received and their outcome. After 10 days' of treatment, my blood test results showed that my blood sugar and cholesterol levels which were borderline high had come down to normal. I feel lighter, with more energy and five years younger! I wholehearted recommend the Raha Bamboo Lagoon Ayurveda Village for your Ayuvedic treatments. You will get the best care and attention and great service in a nice and relaxing setting.

My experience with Raha started with few what’s up communication with Dr Anvar who was very prompt in responding and once I reached their facility at Bamboo Lagoon I was fully taken care off. Dr Anvar personally examined me and suggested various course of treatment which their staff meticulously carried out. amazing Doctors and support staff at that private hospital
I am a 56-year-old businessman and Australian citizen. In June 2022, a planned part business and recreational trip to Kochin City, Kerala State, ended in a defining stay at Raha Bamboo Lagoon Ayurveda Village, for life and perspective changing treatment programme by the amazing Doctors and support staff at that private hospital. I presented as a probable alcoholic having suffered the loss of my Father and the breakdown of a marriage that same year. I attended and stayed for 21 days of wellness treatment. The treatment protocols were exhaustive and complete and included massage therapy, surgical rehabilitation for a serious and complete right bicep distal rupture, and yoga. Holistically, and in my opinion, together it was the perfect treatment protocol for mind, body and soul. The treatment, and the new perspective that it bore was an intervening moment in my life. A special mention also deserves to go out to the friendly and talented Chef and kitchen staff. The food choice was varied and amazing. To everyone involved in my treatment I cannot say enough for the amazing experience my recent stay left me with. I attended the spine programme at Raha Ayurveda hospital from the 27 th December 2022. - 18 th January 2023 I can only humbly say that I am incredibly grateful to this institution ! I have never in my life been treated with such care compassion and professionalism It was very humbling to witness the knowledge and dedication of the doctors and nurses, be guided on my very own yoga path by the most delightful Dr who’s expertise, and love for her work was incredible and that’s not even mentioning her radiant face that lit up my morning. The resident doctors are compassionate knowledgeable, professional kind delightful and there to serve you They instill a confidence in one that is very reassuring Treatments are ongoing through the day and approached with great professionalism and kindness The setting is spectacular with the water a step from your room where fish eagles, kingfishers and other birds spend their day The sunsets are glorious and spectacular The accommodation is comfortable and adequate and the cleaning staff just want to please The chef is a skilled cook and once I worked out he could produce almost anything you asked for I was served lovely Dosha appropriate meals to support my healing If you are serious about your health, about getting well and you are prepared to follow the plan diligently worked out for you , you cannot but leave feeling invigorated healthier and confident about your health plan Thank you everyone that I met I will remember you forever and you will remain in my heart Thank you for caring for me in such a wonderful way

My overweight and other lifestyle issues led me towards diabetes, high blood pressure and some other issues. I wanted to resolve the problem root rather than the symptoms. So, I stayed at Raha backwaters for 9 days. Structured doctors’ panels reviewed my case and decided the course of treatment. Therapists including Vishnu, Drijith, Sachin, Jeffy and Anwar did excellent pre-planned Ayurvedic treatment which helped improve my metabolism, brain health and stomach disorder. Physiotherapists like Dr Arun & Dr Jeffry helped me improve my spondylitis pain by physical exercise, use of multiple instruments and finally by releasing the pain trigger at shoulder. Even housekeeping (Pappu, Sukant and others) demonstrated immaculate cleaning service. Thankful to the healthy cooking by Basumatary & service by Ning Thai and others who echoed the message of immaculate service with the rest of the nursing home. I met patients from different portions of the world who demonstrated miraculous improvement of health. Finally, special thanks to Dr Anwar who embodies the service approach and ensures his team exceeds customers' expectation. Grateful for the support and care provided by Dr Jiji Prasad and Dr Dheraj and other doctors who were always available for help and support. Overall, I would recommend Raha to my friends and family.
