Yoga has been a big part of my life since I was 8 years old. My first guru was my own father. I then learnt yoga from Yogarathnam Bhaskaran Menon and his son, and successfully obtained my diploma from Kerala Yoga Association. I first started as a yoga teacher at Rajagiri School Kalamassery. After 3 years, I was able to start my own yoga centre "Punarjani" currently in its 6th year. I will always be a student of yoga and am deeply grateful to my teachers. In my classes, I love to combine creative asana sequencing and a spirit of peaceful meditation. I seek to help others by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that every student steps off their mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.”
