I opted for Prasoothika Ayurvedic hospital for my natural post delivery care home service. Dr. Athira and therapist Arya were incharge of my care. During my care, Arya did a very wonderful job and was very discipline and punctual. Baby care was also a part of this 14-day course in which massaging and baby bathing was also a part. Overall the course was very good and satisfying.

It was a refreshing and rejuvenating experience at Prasootika. I had done 21 days complete treatment and I can’t thank them enough for taking special care for me and my baby. Normally after delivery the weight gain happens but they helped me in losing 7 kg without affecting my baby.The therapist was highly professional and the doctor helped me with all my needs. My experience with prasootika has been very good, especially Dr. Athira and Therapist Ms. Arya. I took 7 days treatment for post delivery abdomen reduction after 8 months of my triplets delivery. I got all the care, attention and proper treatment for the same. Dr. Athira was amazing and give a lot of confidence and have a very positive attitude.
