Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud offers 7-, 14- and 21-night Panchakarma programs that are fully inclusive of accommodation, all Ayurvedic meals, daily doctor consultations, personalised treatments, yoga, meditation and transportation to/from Ngurah Rai Airport or South Bali. Programs begin every Sunday, and each day is structured to support the body’s natural healing rhythms.

Panchakarma
The process of Panchakarma involves a meticulous sequence of treatments designed to eliminate accumulated toxins, or 'ama', from the body. Pre-Arrival Guidelines
- You are requested to produce the following information along with the health declaration form:
- Recent medical history for each guest
- Valid ID and address proof
- Carry breathable and flexible clothes for Yoga
ID Card Type
- Domestic Guest are requested to provide photo identity proof in the form of a driver’s license, voter’s ID, or passport. This is mandatory for completing the registration process at the time of check-in
- Foreign Guest are requested to produce their passport with a valid entry visa. For those on employment or permanent residence, passports must include a residential permit

- Pets are not allowed in the retreat
Visitors Policy
- Right to admission of visitors into the retreat premises and guest areas remains solely with the management
Alcohol Policy
- Alcohol, smoking, and tobacco chewing are not permitted during your Ayurveda program
A non-refundable 25% deposit is requested within 5 working days to secure your booking. This is to be paid to the One World Retreat Paypal, DOKU, Bank account, or Wise. The remainder is to be paid upon arrival in Indonesian Rupiah cash, by Visa or MasterCard.
Oneworld Ayurveda does not offer cash or bank transfer refunds for any reason. A portion of your payment may be used as a credit for another program within 12 months of the original date. Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply.
Fees are determined by the following schedule:
For cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the program start date, 100% of your deposit payment may be applied to another program.
For cancellations made between 89 and 31 days prior to the program start date, 50% of your deposit payment may be applied to another date. 50% of the deposit is forfeited
If you cancel 30 days or less before your program starting date, the entire deposit is forfeited.
For cancellations made during the ongoing program, deposit and full payment are non-refundable.
Should you choose to adjust your room occupancy upon arrival, you are required to pay any extra expenses associated with your preferred decision.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early. There are no partial refunds for any services not used during your program.
