We stayed from Oct22-Nov4 at Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort. Our first impression was that we have just arrived in paradise and this impression should not change until the last moment of our stay. What a wonderful, lovingly landscaped and well-maintained facility, embedded in a splendor of tropical plants and located directly on the kilometer-wide sandy beach. The Ayurveda treatment was simply superior. From the initial analysis discussions as well as the daily consultations with Dr. Hema and her team of doctors, which we enjoyed very much, the individually tailored daily treatments by the very good, experienced and friendly therapists, as well as the wonderful and varied vegetarian food prepared by chef Joshy Sebastian and his team. The expanded optional program such as meditation and yoga was great as well and we enjoyed very much. The guided visit to the in-house coconut oil production and the huge, well-kept fruit and vegetable garden: very impressive! Everything was rounded off by generally very courteous, friendly, exceptionally good service from the entire Natikka team. Simply first class. A 10 out of 10. Thank you all, you made our stay a dream. So we had arrived pretty stressed and experienced an impressive, daily, very positive change in mind and body. We take a lot with us from these wonderful 2 weeks. The individual follow-up recommendations given to us are a great help to us! We can highly recommend the Natikka Beach Resort and will definitely come back.

Excellence in every detail! My 3 weeks stay and treatment plan procedures lead to total relaxation, digital detox and rejuvenation! The whole team: reception, yoga masters, facility managers, housekeeping, doctors, therapists, gardeners and the lovely restaurant team made the stay unforgettable! It is really a little bit of heaven. Everyone cares about you and wants you to have the best experience. The staff is so attentive and caring, especially Kalai and all of bis boys in the restaurant 🩷 the food is amazing!

The location is Paradise. The staff are angels. The food is good and safe - you can eat the delicious salads and drink the purified water. Side trips are ample as are all the inclusions - live music, theater, yoga classes, etc. The treatments are unique. Be sure to speak up about how things are going - they make changes readily if you are not pleased.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at the Nattika Beach resort at the turn of September/October 2023. Our stay was great for our body and soul. Absolute satisfaction with the procedures, the care of the team of doctors and therapists. The logistically perfectly prepared stay and the connection with the hospitality and kind attitude of the staff, whether in the restaurant, at the reception or in the medical center, created well-being and joy in our hearts. In our group, we had no comments on the services provided, excellent food, clean rooms and care for the beach and garden were at a high level. Everyone tried to fulfill our wishes 100%. We will be very happy to return to this wonderful place among fantastic people.

I would like to share my visit to Nattica. We have been here with a group of friends for a month. This is one of the best places for body and soul. Everything here is beautiful and harmonious. Large, clean area, endless beach, calm ocean. Clean, bright cottages with a good view, surrounded by greenery. The restaurant has a variety of food. Great service. I would especially like to mention Dr. Hema and Dr. Shagin. Chef Joshe is beyond praise. Restaurant manager Kalai is very attentive and friendly to everyone. Thanks to its organization, each person receives excellent service and mood for the whole day. I want to mention the manager at the reception, Ranjit, he is always in touch and helps us in any matter.

I was at the Nattika Beach resort and hospital for around three weeks and it was my first Ayurveda experience. I do feel much more physically relaxed and mentally calmed down and enjoyed my whole stay. Thank you Dr. Suhas, Dr. Leshma, Dr. Nitha as well as my therapists Alintha and Ancy for „fixing“ me!! :-) I appreciate the standard the whole team keeps in this resort/hospital. As I have been to Kerala several times I can imagine the effort behind this. I also want to thank the staff of the VaPiKa restaurant and the hotel/ room service staff – never seen such a friendly and reliable service. Besides, I also enjoyed the morning Yoga class with Shruthi. Thank you for this lovely vacation and bringing me back on the right track, hope to see you all again.

This was my sixth stay at Nattika Beach Resort and I really enjoyed it again after a long absence. It is nice to experience that the whole team is still highly motivated, from the maids and gardeners to the service staff in the restaurant, the excellent therapists and experienced doctors. With pleasure I noticed that the quiet time was used for some renovations and renewals. Among other things, the swimming pool was renovated, more butterfly gardens were planted and the Deluxe and Superior Deluxe Villas now have comfortable new mattresses. I will surely come back to "my little paradise"!

as an overall experience, the nattika beach is the best hotel i ever stayed in: beautiful bungalows, a huge an well cared for garden, vicinity to the beach, great food, competent and helpful management, staff members that are very attentive but never pushy. as for the ayurveda treatment at the hospital that is an integral part of the nattika beach resort i can only repeat the above: competent, friendly and compassionate team, great and soothening treatment. all this was during corona (september 18 to october 8). everybody in the resort was strictly adhering to the security measurments and still managed to maintain an open and heartful athmosphere. for anybody planning to get away - now is the time! there are much less guests than usual and therefore an even better caring for the individual guest!
