A Perfect Escape at Kur Resort Lanka I spent just 8 days at Kur Resort Lanka am See and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I felt deeply cared for. The two doctors take care about your health and develop a unique treatment plan for you. The peaceful setting by the lake, the lush gardens, and the calming energy of the place created the perfect environment to recharge. The Ayurvedic treatments were incredibly well-executed and the therapists were knowledgeable and kind. The food was fresh, healthy, and full of flavor every meal felt like a gift. I was there for 10 days for an Ayurveda treatment (offering wellness and beauty). The complex is beautifully situated in the countryside and you can see and hear lots of animals. Both the food and the daily treatments were great and I was able to relax wonderfully. Piyal (the manager of the facility) and all the employees were very, very nice and warm and took care of everything, gave tips and fulfilled wishes if possible. I would go back at any time. It was a really nice experience.

If you are looking for real ayurveda in Sri Lanka in a quiet, beautiful place with absolutely professional services, Kur resort is the perfect place. Can't fault anything, thank you for the luxurious care, access, accommodation, food, medical care. I felt like a queen thanks to the whole team.
