Both my ageing parents wanted to spend some time at an Ayurvedic resort for Kerala Ayurvedic treatments. I book an appointment at Elephant Pass Ayurveda and Yoga Retreat, Kerala. It's a small riverfront ayurvedic resort but after the 7 day ayurveda rejuvenation treatments thay had a great experience and I was so glad to hear that! They also liked the amazing ambience at the resort as well as the food served. Thanks a lot to the Elephant Pass Ayurveda management and the whole team. Thank you

My recent 5-day stay at the Elephant Pass Ayurveda & Yoga Retreat has been nothing short of transformative. From the moment we were picked up from the airport to our departure, every detail of the "Special Yoga with Ayurveda" package was impeccably delivered, truly living up to the promises made. The retreat's setting is a paradise for nature lovers, with its environment beautifully immersed in the tranquility of nature, providing the perfect backdrop for a rejuvenating getaway. The staff, under the watchful eye of the manager Mr. Abilash, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, making us feel welcomed and valued. Their friendliness and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. A highlight of our visit was the expert consultation and treatment by the in-house doctor, who demonstrated profound knowledge and understanding of our conditions. The treatments prescribed were not only appropriate but also highly effective, offering significant relief during our stay. It's rare to find such a personalized and thoughtful approach to wellness. The yoga sessions, conducted by Master Pillay, were exceptional. With classes held in the afternoon and evening, the sessions were skillfully designed to cater to all levels, providing both physical and mental benefits. Master Pillay's expertise and calming presence made each session a unique journey towards inner peace and balance. The culinary experience was another facet of the retreat that deserves high praise. The food served was simply delightful, with every meal thoughtfully prepared to complement our treatment and overall wellness journey. Our package also included well-organized sightseeing tours, allowing us to explore the beauty of the surrounding area without the hassle of planning. Visited this resort two weeks back along with my family. Had a nice experience.
Visited this resort two weeks back along with my family. Had a nice experience. The location is excellent. The resort is located on the banks of the Periyar river. The place is very near to Malayattoor Pilgrimage. The weather was perfect. There is a lush green meadow with a small garden, where we can sit and relax listening to the ripples of the river and the murmuring sound of the bamboos. Three types of rooms are available here. Cottage room - 3k, A/c room - 2.5k, Non A/c room- 2k. Cottages were already full. We got a Cottage and an A/c room. The cottage room was fine, but the room amenities were not that great. The bedsheets and pillow covers seemed a bit worn out. The A/c and the Heater in the A/c room were not functioning. It was a bit frustrating but we adjusted. We didn't want to spoil the holiday mood. The service was great. The staff tried their best to keep us happy. The restaurant is available, but not operational. Food was served from some outside hotel. It was good and not at all expensive. Breakfast was complimentary and tasted very nice. Ayurveda, Spa facilities are also available here. We didn't avail any, as we were running out of time. The staff was very helpful. As the A/c was not functioning, he gave a discount on room rents also. Parking space available for 3-4 cars maximum. Don't worry, cars can be parked outside also. The road to the resort seemed like an off-road trip. 😅 Overall we had a nice experience and our family loved the trip.More
