We ended our 4 week south Indian holiday at this beautiful place and couldn’t have asked for a better place. They build a amazing sanctuary where you can truly relax, with there amazing garden, pool, animals and if it’s not in the rainy season you can go and walk on the small dam for sunset and sunrise. And last but not least the food. Wow, I can safely say, one of the best meals we had all holiday, with breakfast, lunch and dinner being amazing. Its a definitely must stay with or without doing the Ayurveda treatment, Yes you can stay here for just there hospitality which we did. Just amazing.

Me and my husband took Abhyangam full body and steam from Back to roots. I was so much stressed but I felt completely relieved after the massage. Rooms are so neat and washrooms are clean. The pineapple juice after the massage was so refreshing. It was my first experience in back to roots. The place is completely safe. If u would like to take treatment, just go ahead. You will never regret. Thankyou so much Mr. Krishna Kumar for coordinating things.

Just back from back to roots after 21 days of treatment for back and knee pain. It’s been almost 10 years since I shifted from allopathy to Ayurveda and this has made my life easier without taking pain killers. Visited the place on recommendation of Dr. Rajesh. Here in back to roots I got the most personalized service and felt pampered. My therapist Anitha was great at her job and Anjana the chef served delicious food under the dietary guidelines of the doctor. Dr. Vasudev and Dr. Mariam were always available to ensure my treatment and diet was going well. I would like to highlight that the manager Mr. Krishnakumar made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Regarding facilities, loved the natural greenery, the farm, and the serene environment. Back to roots is indeed an apt name for this Ayurvedic Centre.

Beautiful place to be spending holidays with abundance of nature Fresh Air Full of Oxygen cool breeze flowers around chirping of birds freshness of juices herbal food prepared to your taste by smiling attentive cooks & served in best hygienic quality & style in shade with nature smiling all around ! The juices served from fresh fruits timely when body needs & needless to mention medicines are served timely at your door steps in your well furnished luxurious suites with perfect cleaness & rooms with ultra modern gadgets ! Messages & treatment is absolutely perfect with doctors team listening patiently to all you have to say & their team work in suggesting best organic herbal medicines with excellent purity ! One does not feel like going through treatment as their smiling faces keep you cheerful & you relax energise yourself with vitality you are looking for. Very nice and authentic place. Staff very efficient and welcoming. Great doctor who makes for you a good consulting and personal treatment. There is always ready manager and staffs serve and arrange everything as our needs during the stay in Back to Roots. We felt staff like family and stays incredibly nature around. So many things are there to experience such as ayurvedic treatment and massaging,pond and fishing, trees and shadows, small goat and poultry farm, delicious food. So guys catch them as soon as possible

Consultation with experienced Ayurvedic Doctors including Dr. VL Shyam, excellent therapy treatments, great hygienic food, lush green surroundings and nice hospitality by all staff made our stay memorable. Drift into a Relaxed Oasis My husband was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. We have been under the able guidance of Dr Shyam in Dubai. He is the most effective doctor who treats his patients with utmost care along with medication. My husband has recovered very well under his care and support. We ( my husband, parents and I) went to his ayurvedic centre - Back to Roots in Thrissur for an ayurvedic retreat. The team at Back to Roots, comprising the manager, the doctors, the therapists, and the cook, is in one word, INCREDIBLE!! True to its name, they do take us back to our roots. We felt we were in a surreal world. The ambrosial food, the invigorating treatments, the lush surroundings, and above all authentic and genuine warmth and smiles of the team cleansed our body, mind and spirit. The simplicity of the place is its biggest strength. We realized if we adopt this lifestyle, there will never be any scope to fall ill, ever!! Our journey started with a one to one meeting with the doctors who listened to us with great intent and advised us the course of treatment, including food, medicines and massages. The meals were delicately balanced, nourishing and personalized as per the treatments. The cook, the gentlest soul on Earth, would adhere to all ayurvedic principles and serve the meal with utmost love and care. Each dining experience was a beautiful blessing. Gratitude 🙏 As for massages and treatments, the therapists were professional and yet personable. The massages were tailored, revitalizing, and gave an instant boost to our wellbeing. With one week of massages, we all felt energized. The manager is the binding force who ensures a seamless stay at Back to Roots. He went out of the way to show us around the place, organize cabs, plan outings for us and spend quality time with my father in our absence. He was kind enough to take us to the nearby river and show us the bounteous beauty of the place!! The fond farewell took our stay to another level altogether. The entire team came together to design a beautiful pookalam ( floral decoration/rangoli) and presented all of us traditional attire of Kerala. The manager sent us a message in the evening, to inquire if we had reached home safely. Saying goodbye to the team at Back to Roots was as difficult as it is with family! We are confident that we will return next year too. Thank you Team Back to Roots. You are doing a phenomenal job 🙏🙏

Great place with wonderful and relaxing ambience., Very warm, welcoming and friendly staff. Various buildings all in walking distance in amazing greenery and cool fresh air. Good and comfortable modern amenities in rural setting with delicious homely food served at every meal . Evening walks to river refreshes you Wonderful place to be for fitness, nutritional and mental wellness

I had been to 'back to roots' for my uterus problem treatment and had spend 9 days there. The caretaker Shyju and other staffs were very friendly and trustful. Back to roots makes you feel at home. Dr. Shyams treatment is worth to be mentioned. He had successfully treated me for my eczema earlier. I had consulted a number of other doctors prior to it and was disappointed with the outcome. Two months of his treatment I was cured of eczema. Now I'm under medication for my uterus issues which has to an extend resolved.His medications has helped me overcome my fatigue and anemia.Kudos and best wishes to Dr. Shyam and his staff.
