We come as a family first time to India, we did not know what to expect but this exceed all our expectations. People who work in Ayursoma are simply amazing. Kind, helpful, always smiling, always happy to small talk if you like, professionals at all time. Therapeutic part was wonderful as well, very good and experienced doctors and treatments specialists. The resort is only Two minutes walking distance from the sea. This ayurvedic resort has experienced doctors and staff. The food is tasty and healthy.it has a clean swimming pool.

We came to India for a first time and didnt know what to expect. Choosing Ayursoma for our stay was the best decision. This place is absolutely beautiful, location close to airport, right at the beach. Area is just wonderfull, treas, flowers and birds everywhere. Literally all of the employes were so kind. From reception to doctors and personal of restaurant, everybody with smile in their face try to make your stay unforgetable. Treatment were everyday undercontrol experienced doctors. Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back!

We spent a delightful week at the beautiful Ayursoma Ayurveda Royal Retreat. We took the Rejuvenation package, which was truly relaxing & rejuvenating! The resort is perfectly located by the beach with a great view. The rooms are large and spacious. The food is exotic & very healthy. The staff, doctors & therapists are very helpful & experienced. We really enjoyed the daily yoga & meditation sessions too, as well as the special Kerala Day celebration with cultural dance performances. We had a very positive experience here, & we recommend it highly to everyone. We will be back soon :)

Beautiful place, very peaceful and tranquil environment. A true place to come and relax while disconnected from the busy world beyond the walls of this resort. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very spacious. Large variety of rooms offered, from Maharaja suite with personal therapy room and own infinity pool to delux rooms with beautiful view from the balcony over the Arabian sea or garden. Swimming pool is well maintained and accessible for house guests only. The reception and information desk staff are extremely polite and helpful. There is always an ayurvedic doctor on premises and multiple treatments going on. Yoga sessions are available in person or via live stream. Restaurant offers buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner - delicious ayurvedic cuisine. Or one can order a-la-carte and enjoy the speciality dishes. Overall a magical experience, do come for a day or a week - you will not regret it.

The experience of our stay at the Ayursoma Ayurveda Royal Retreat was par excellence. The Somatheeram aryuvedic staff was outstanding. The doctors and the therapists were the best we have experienced. The food was especially cooked to augment the aryuvedic experience. Very easily digestible and specific to your personal body type. Besides the ambience of the place was unmatchable. Nestled amidst coconut groves, the cottages built in the traditional Kerala style and the sound of the waves hitting the shore was simply enthralling. It's a once in a lifetime experience to be at Somatheeram Aryuveda Village, which needs to be repeated over and over again.

Staying and doing the Ayurveda therapy at Somatheeram was a lovely experience to me, and I can recommend the place to everyone who is looking for a health retreat in a tranquil environment. The staff including doctors are nice and helpful. The South Indian food is tasty. You can also participate in yoga and meditation classes.

I did the 14-day Panchakarma treatment. All my friends could see how relaxed and fresh I looked and how good the treatment had done for me. The rooms are very tastefully decorated with lots of wood and traditional materials and, above all, very spacious. The view of the sea is breathtaking. The staff in all areas only care about the well-being of the guests. Everyone is so welcoming that you feel like you are visiting family. It was my first stay in India. I will come again, the people and the country have captured my heart. Ayursoma and its sister resorts Somatheeran (connected by an elevator) and Manaltheeram (there is a shuttle service from Somatheeram) are highly recommended. There are interesting guests from all over the world with whom you can have excellent conversations. I hope to come back in the fall and am really looking forward to seeing my Indian family again. Thank you for everything. Hice the Cura Panchakarma for 14 days. All of my friends are there to relax and fresco that they are alive and that they love me. The rooms are decorated with a lot of taste, with a lot of wood and traditional materials and, sobre allo, son muy espaciosas. The vistas of the sea are impressive. The personal de todas las áreas only se preocupa por el beenestar de los huéspedes. All sons and daughters are together in their family. Fue mi first estancia en la India. Volveré, la gente y el país me han cautivado. Ayursoma y sus complejos hermanos Somatheeran (conectado por un ascensor) y Manaltheeram (hay un servicio de transporte desde Somatheeram) son muy recomendables.
