It is my third time I came to Ayur Hermitage in Kovalam. I spent here 16 very happy and peaceful days. The possibility to get very high professional recommendations and a treatment as a result in combination with staying on the sea shore with swimming and taking the sunbath. I’ve got also personal diet with very testy and good nutrition balanced food here. Thank you, dear Dr Sreelaja for very family atmosphere! And girls, Simi and Bindu - you are the best! And Dr. Padmaj - for the support, and Sudji for help at any needs, and dear ladies for cooking and keeping our staying very comfortable. Hope to meet you next year!

Exceptional massage, very friendly and helpful staff. We appreciate the efforts of ayurvedic doctor Dr. Sreelaja on accommodating us on short notice. Had requested the abhyanga general body massage, herbal facial and shirodhara oil therapy. Felt relaxed and rejuvenated after the session. Dr. also has a well curated program of rooming, special ayurvedic veg meals and a host of massage and ayurvedic treatments tailored according to your medical needs. Make sure to make this a part of your itinerary in Kovalam!

I am suffering from Muscular deficiency since more than seven years , did all kind of treatments in alopathy , or tho and so on....none of gave me relief from my severe pain neither any relief....pain killers and steroids would have almost weeken me more b4 which being lucky I got to know about Ayurvedic Treatment...Yes our Indian orgin Medication , Therapy , Treatment is inhelping me improve my deficiency and bringing my strength back to do normal day to day activities which was not atall able to do earlier. Guys just a note please have a treatment in Ayurveda if you are suffering from any kind of issues more on going for alopathys or medicines like pain killers or steroids. Being here since days in Ayur Hermitage I am getting recovered day by day..people over here are too humble sweet all time ready to help....Dr Sreelaja Mam is a specialist in Ayurveda who treated me so well that within few days itself I have started feeling improvement in my body which didnt in past 5 years and more. Ayur Hermitage is the Perfect and 100% cure place for all human kinds disease pain or issues.

The staff of Ayur Hermitage are very friendly and professional at the same time. They make you feel at home and not treat you clinically as a client only. A great place to go for great Ayurvedic massage treatment. My wife and I visited Ayur Hermitage for a few days in December 2016 and we were very happy with their services and treatments.

We recently stayed at Ayurveda Hermitage. The facility is simple and comfortable and has everything we needed. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. And the food is probably the best we've had in India. The massage has two therapists and is really relaxing. We had treatments every day and just relaxed. The beach is a short walk away.

We were fortunate to come across Ayur Hermitage, Kovalam, through MVR Ayurveda. We were under the care of Dr. Sreelaja Sasikumar for 14 days and her in depth knowledge of her field has been a boon for me. I have tried various treatments over the last 8 years including 3 surgeries for a unilateral left leg pain without any relief. At Ayur Hermitage, Dr. Sreelaja, took the time to understand the problem in detail and administered the correct therapy. She was able to pin point the origin of the problem that had evaded us for so many years and I have been miserable. She monitored the response of every session and personally massaged the pain centers herself patiently. Her team is very good and set up is also quite good. Ayur hermitage doesn't look much on the outside but the doctor and the treatment provided was exactly what we needed. Even after the treatment was over, Dr.Srilaja follows up on the phone to ensure that the patient is happy and doing well!

It is my second visit to Ayur Hermitage, which I took after crazy 2.5 years COVID19 story, and I say you right away - it is the best place for recovery of the body and soul. For me personally it was in fact the reunion with family members. Best Doctor Sree&Family&Team, best personnel, best treatment, best food, top location! Just back home, but heart is there.

I have just been to Ayur Hermitage for a 10 days cure. The experience was fabulous, a very warm welcome, very attentive people, fantastic food (freshly cooked daily, only vegetarian) and very, very good massages. The massages were concentrated on getting rid of my pack pain, after 2 massages per day... it's done (when in France nothing was working). A very strong thank you to Dr Sreelaja, always around, benevolent and professional and to my masseuse "Simi", ever so nice and with golden hands. Hope to be able to visit some other time!!

I had the feeling the Dr. tries to sell the treatments and didn't care much about my Problems. I felt pushed to book a treatment. The massage was good and I liked the treatment with the oil in my face.
