Nice, serene stay with good food at affordable rate. Other than pool, yoga centre and ayurveda centre, there is no further things to do inside the compund, but beach is nearby, just 10 minutes walk from there..

Our friends have often spoken to us about staying at the Abad Harmonia and our first visit here did not disappoint. We were made to feel most welcome by all the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is set in a beautiful garden with a lovely swimming pool at its heart. The food is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed for two weeks and found it a very relaxing place to be especially as we had time for some ayurvedic treatment. We shall definitely be back, hopefully very soon.

Lovely, tranquil hotel in a beautiful setting. We spent two weeks here and enjoyed every minute. The manager Santhosh and his staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble for them.. The pool is lovely and well maintained and the accommodation is very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent with a good choice of food at breakfast and for evening meal. The food is very good value and George looked after us so well. I had a lovely Ayurvedic massage there. We would definitely stay there again.

It's a hotel resort for families, groups or solo travellers. Situated in the kovalam beach area, it has everything one can ask for... Good location, great food and excellent services including the WiFi and tranquility. The housekeeping is at par and the staff is hardworking,friendly and helpful. They also have Ayurveda spa centre with trained staff.

We stayed in a poolside cottages.. Those are excellent if you're looking for privacy as well a quick dip in pool.. Housekeeping were excellent and friendly staff too.. Few staffs really requires great appreciation, Mr. Santhosh the manager who helped through out with booking procedures he made it a hassle-free. Mr. Manjeesh, the Senior staff at Abad Harmonia, and an amazing local guide. The travel desk services provided by him was extraordinary, he provided specific details, time frame and even how to get there ib detail without any hesitation. Any tourist attractions you would like to know ask him and Mr Abid. Great support. We had a few days spent there and maintenance and cleanliness are excellent. A massage at the Ayurveda clinic rejanuvates oneself, not to miss.. Its worth it. Breakfast buffet is scrumptious with healthy Indian dishes as well as fresh fruits and juices. Kids can have their own cereals or toast as well.. Though the roads are difficult to drive through, we reached our destination witb Google maps.We are satisfied with our stay @ Abad Harmonia at Azhimala.

Great service, good food, family friendly ambiance. Stayed a night with the family. Kids loved the pool, we loved the peace and quiet. A massage at the Ayurveda clinic is a must if you stay at this place. The dinner was ok, but breakfast was great. Few minutes walk from a beach, recommend going to the beach early morning to see the fishing boats returning and take in the splashing waves. If you want a quick unwind I recommend this place.

I had nice times in this hotel food is very good staff are kind helpful and very good I would recommend to any body to come and stay I stay 3 night and it was very very good. we had very good stay here .the restaurant staff will do any thing to help any food problems as well and they were very kind and helpful, food was very good and very tasty as well . very good hotel for Ayurveda treatment if any body wants .

Abad Harmonia is a nice property with polite and co-operative staff.The rooms are clean.The restaurant staff are also extremely polite. Mr Jose was always there to take care of our needs. The service is also prompt. My daughter simply relished their banana recipies served in morning breakfast. Their prawns biryani is a must have, simply delicious. The General Manager is also on his toes all the time and is a gentleman so are the reception staff are always ready to help. Was overall a good trip. Thankyou to team Abad harmonia!!!!! Also the beach is just a few meters away and is the best beach in kovalam better than the Kovalam beach itself. Only disadvantage is that it is 7 kms further than proper Kovalam, so every time you have to travel 7 kms each time you travel to the city. so must plan your activities accordingly.

Appearance of the whole property is dry. insufficiently managed garden. poor looking of Ayurveda resort . few medicinal herbs noted infront of the spa. lawns are not properly protected and damaged in few ares by trespassing. Reception not looking posh. staff are working as machine, not minding enough as seen in other resorts.Rooms are small and tidy. bathrooms with poor facility. Food is tasty but limited items.( you wont get all those mentioned in the menu card). Pool water contain excess chlorine content, my daughter got allergy( redness & itching) NOt happy about the hostility. beach, is not clean. This beach is approxemately 12 km away from the kovalam. one hour journey from railway stn, airport, trivandrum city.(you will be trapped away) The staff are not nice as from malabar area Not worth for the brand name of abad

Its quite an old property which has lot of staff but does not know how to maintain the property. I was offered a room, which only had issues and was changed after 1 night. I had to cut short my stay due to service issues. Food was a highlight though. Hotel Manager Santosh and the Restaurant manager were good folks who wanted to deliver but seems like could not.

A nicely maintained, peaceful resort . Food quality is reasonable but services like Ayurveda massage etc are quite overpriced. Location is not good at all, away from major kovalam beaches by more than 12 kms . And they don't hv any good beach nearby.
