I joined the 14-day Stress Management Retreat and had a truly wonderful experience. Dr. Praveen Rana’s consultation was very detailed and helpful. Aakriti’s yoga classes were superb , the pranayama techniques she taught me were very effective, and I felt deeply relaxed and refreshed after every session. Massage therapy was excellent and very soothing. The Shirobasti and Takra Dhara treatments were amazing; I felt a deep sense of relaxation in both my mind and heart. The food was delicious, and the staff was extremely supportive. The teamwork among the entire team is very strong, which made my stay even more comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for stress relief and inner healing.

During my summer vacation, I, Dr. Elora Nandi, Principal and Owner, Dr. Nandi Grace English School, Gopalganj (Bihar), arrived at Yan Cure Wellness Retreat, Rishikesh, with extremely positive expectations, and the experience proved to be far superior. Excellent therapy, personalized care, cleanliness, a serene and natural environment, and a dedicated team are the hallmarks of this institute.
Under the able guidance of Dr. Praveen Rana, the founder and director of this institute, the entire team works with utmost dedication and service. His in-depth knowledge of Ayurveda, yoga, and naturopathy, and his personal interest in the health of each guest are truly commendable.
I would like to specifically mention the institute's coordinator, Ms. Akriti, whose pleasant demeanor, promptness, and excellent management skills ensure the smooth functioning of the entire institute. She carefully and attentively attends to each individual's therapy, schedule, and needs.
Yoga teacher Nancy Madam's yoga and meditation sessions not only flexed the body but also inspired a positive outlook on life, discipline, and inner peace. The time spent under her guidance was extremely beneficial and inspiring.

I came to Yan Cure Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat Centre for a 7-day Panchakarma Retreat Program, but my experience was so wonderful that I decided to extend my stay to 21 days.
The consultation with Dr. Praveen Rana was truly impressive. Even before looking at my medical reports, he was able to identify my health concerns accurately. I was dealing with several issues, and I experienced significant relief during my stay. Along with that, I also lost 10 kg of weight, which was an amazing achievement for me.
The entire staff is extremely caring and supportive. The yoga sessions, therapies, nutritious food, peaceful environment, and breathtaking mountain views all contributed to my healing journey. Everything here is thoughtfully organized to support both physical and mental well-being.

I had a really beautiful and relaxing experience here. Dr. Praveen Rana’s consultation was very helpful and gave me a clear understanding of my health. The yoga sessions were peaceful and easy to follow.
All the therapies were amazing. The Abhyanga massage by Mohit ji was very relaxing and soothing. The Ayurvedic Udhvarthanam herbal massage and acupressure therapy by Manjeet ji were also excellent—I truly enjoyed them.
The mud bath by the Ganga was a wonderful and unique experience, and I had a lot of fun during it.
The food was healthy and tasty, and the stay was very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is calm and perfect for healing, and the rooms are nice and cozy.
Overall, everything was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and healing experience.
