Five nights here was truly a restorative experience. The Ayurvedic doctor was knowledgeable and exuded a positive energy that was healing just being in proximity to him. The treatments were administered by knowledgeable and genuine caregivers. The chef provided excellent vegetarian fare at every meal. Every staff member at Veda5 provided excellent service with a smile. I left feeling rejuvenated in body, mind, and spirit... a treasured experience I will never forget. Highly recommend.

Food is amazing, location is so peaceful and beautiful. The staff were really helpful and nice. Neeraj, who did my treatments, was so caring and ensured you got the most out of it.

We had some of the best days of our lives at Veda5. Every meal was OUTSTANDING. Any given meal we had during our stay was one of the best we had in India. As a lifelong meat eater, I was worried about eating vegetarian only. I was proven wrong with every bite I took. And I felt great and energized the entire time. Everyone of the staff is so kind. Shoutout to Vivek, Dr. Sakshi, and of course Chef Devendra and the whole kitchen team. Daily Ayurvedic treatments + food + clean room and beautiful location all included

This was the most incredile stay! We had the best time. The staff went above and beyond to make our time here so special- from a private dinner, to amazing massages, delicious and healthy food, clean rooms. I can't recommend this place more!

Fabulous experience
You can truly switch off and focus solely on wellness. All aspects of your stay are thought out for you, from comfortable 5 star rooms, 3 delicious, healthy, sattvic meals, meditation and yoga sessions, other activities like cooking classes and mantra chanting sessions, to daily massages and wellness treatments. The onsite aryuvedic doctor will meet with you on your first day to create a personalised treatment plan targeting whatever ailments you choose to share with him/her, and at the end, prescribe you different herbal medications to help after check out. I found my doctor, Dr Rennjith, to be extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable, focusing his advice on supportive words about mental health struggles and how live with less stress. He answered my many questions about what foods to eat to support balancing my doshas. My treatment plan was created to help with stress, acne, and hyper sensitivity. I feel I am walking out a new person, truly rejuvenated and excited to put what I have learnt to practise back home in Australia. The chef Devendra was also a stand out feature of the retreat, often coming around to each table to ask how the food was, answer any questions we have, and share his knowledge on the dishes. We are looking forward to cooking some of the delicious recipes he has kindly shared with us.
Overall, I could not recommend this retreat enough. It has left a lasting impact on both me and my friend, both physically and mentally. We feel so connected to our spirituality and hope to one day return, though to one of their other locations as we continue to explore india

I had the most incredible stay at Veda5 Rishikesh. The Ayurvedic massages were deeply rejuvenating and tailored to individual needs. The therapists are caring, skilled, and every treatment felt both healing and luxurious.
The food was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared Ayurvedic meals that left me feeling energized and nourished. The dining staff is so gentle and helpful at all times.
The serene Mountain View location, peaceful ambiance, and attentive staff made the entire experience even more special. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and inspired to continue my wellness journey. Highly recommend Veda5 to anyone seeking authentic Ayurveda and holistic healing in a beautiful setting!

Amazing service
Food was very tasty.
Love the yoga sessions, meditation and massage. It all gives peace to the mind and soul.
However, timings for the breakfast and dinner is not as per good lifestyle. Their breakfast starts at 8 till 9:30and dinner starts at 7:30 till 9. Which is very late Guest usually eat in first half an hour and leave because it is already late.
Breakfast and dinner should start by 7am and 7pm.

The location is absolutely gorgeous. The food was amazing and the facilities are incredible. The staff went over the top with providing excellent customer service. I had stayed at another hotel my first night arriving into Rishikesh and they came and the pick up from that hotel was complimentary. When I needed an iPhone charger the person gave me their own to use. Whenever I called reception because I needed something for my room, someone arrived no more than 60 seconds later.
The yoga and meditation classes were amazing and appropriate for any level (I am a total beginner).
The daily massage was heavenly and being in the such a remote area was so relaxing and gave much time for reading and reflection.

Wonderful place to have a detoxification and rejuvenation. Food is just mind-blowing. It's sattvic yet so delicious!!
Facilities and amenities are equally good. Yoga sessions, therapies, swimming pool, kids play room and many other activities.
Chef Sajan and Devendra are so helpful. They personally take care of guest's food requirements.
Abhidev , aarti and all other staff are amazingly courteous
