I arrived at Sreechithra Ayuryoga Theeram 21 days ago with some pain in my joints and bones and I was powerless and depressed. Now after three weeks in this beautiful and calm place with a lot of really good and healthy treatments, delicious food i‘ll travel back home tomorrow really powerful but still relaxed and with a good mindset and also with less pain. I‘ sure, I wasn’t the last time in this wonderful place how it feel like a family.

My stay felt like a personal journey, allowing me to focus inward. Treatments and meals were thoughtfully customized, and the masseurs were skilled and disciplined. However, while nourishing, the food tended to be neutral in flavor.
During my 8-day stay, I had consultations with the chief doctor at the beginning and end. There was no ongoing monitoring or deep discussion of symptoms in between. Casual check-ins by junior doctors didn

Wellness loka was instrumental in securing us a fantastic Ayurveda treatment center that was both authentic n which suited my budget thus saving me precious time. We would recommend their services to anyone seeking better health through Ayurveda.

It was excellent for me, the team is incredible, so helpful and careful stuff never to meet before. Next time I will stay more days there. I liked the quality of medical treatment and the result that I've got from it. Very peaceful place to fill up and increase level of your energy.

Sreechitra is a very special and peaceful place. The treatments were wonderful and helped a lot to relax, purify the body and mind. The staff is extraordinary. They took great care of us. I feel calm, relaxed and full of peace.
