This is life changing experience, The meeting of Dr Rakesh Aggarwal ji is very amazing, I hope so, This should help to change my habits ,myself & my madam, Seema Singhal , in near future, Dr sahab &,his family is good, that I can't explain

I just go for 3 days yoga retreat and stay here for 4 nights. Feel so calm here. Great territory, so tasty food. I like morning and evening yoga here, some mantra-chanting and all things on retreat.
Here I feel like a child in house grandma, so calm, so caringly. Ty for kind??♂️???

Maa Yoga Ashram located in Rishikesh Tapovan is a very reliable institution for spiritual and nature loving people from all over the country and the world. Panchkarma Ayurvedic health benefits are available here. We got these benefits and I am healthy in health related matters.

What I came for was here and more. Love abounds. Nothing is perfect in life. Just the same love is still there. I hope for all who take this journey here will feel what was waiting for them and be thankful and amazed. I will return

Managed by a wonderful family that makes you feel at home. The space is nice and well decorated. The ayurvedic treatment offered is excellent

Stayed here in April with my mum. Loved the place, people, schedule - yoga, Ayurvedic treatments, mantras, fire ceremony and many more.
We stayed in the hotel type of accommodation (with ac ?), the restaurant at the hotel is great, couldn’t stop eating.
Be prepared to interact with cows outside of the Ashram on a daily basis (that was quite an experience for me). They are kind.
Definitely will be back ?
