Staying at Isha Vista during my 2 weeks in Kovalam was absolutely perfect: the room are new, big and clean and very pleasant. The location is perfect is near to the beach but also out from the caos, surrounded by the forest; swimming pool, breakfast and services are definitely a plus. But what make it special is the kindness and the helpfulness of the people working at Isha. I felt part of this special fam and I will thanks them thousand times.
Last but not least the Ayurvedic treatment of phd Doctor Aswathy: her knowledge and care of the person is tangible and unique.

I completed a Panchakarma program in Isha Vista and it was a deeply restorative experience for both body and mind. The treatments were personalized and conducted with great care and professionalism. During the program, I felt my digestion improve, my body become lighter, and my mind calmer and clearer. By the end, there was a strong sense of balance and inner peace. I’m truly grateful for this experience and would highly recommend Panchakarma to anyone seeking deep healing and renewal.

We had an incredible 8-day stay at IshaVista! We came specifically for Panchakarma treatment, and it exceeded all our expectations. Dr. Ashwati is a true professional—she created a personalized treatment plan for each of us and was incredibly attentive and caring throughout the whole process.
The hotel itself is beautiful, built in a traditional Kerala style. We loved the swimming pool, the delicious food, and the wonderful staff who made us feel so welcome. We are already planning to come back! Thank you for everything.

Isha Vista is not only a wonderful, newly-built resort in heritage style. It's an authentic Ayurveda Healthcare Centre run by Dr Aswathy, a very competent, attentive PhD doctor. I appreciated the detox therapies and the massages. Don't expect a beach-style spa! Here the treatments are delivered under strict medical supervision (blood and urine testing prior to treatment). The detox was very good for me: it has improved my digestion and overall condition, although it was a bit challenging on some days. I can only but recommend Dr. Aswathy's clinic!

After a long road trip through Kerala and Tamil Nadu, I stayed a few days at Isha Vista heritage hotel in Kovalam with my clients.

It was during this stay that I met Dr Aswathy who is in charge of the Ayurveda and health care at Isha Vista. I was very impressed by her competence and friendly attitude, as she explained many of the Ayurveda treatments available to us.
I was lucky enough to experience a fabulous massage, that left me feeling really invigorated. This is not just a run of the mill Spa, but a place to learn about individual health care that can be adapted to the patients needs. Treatments can last from a few days to a few weeks and you will always be closely followed by Dr Aswathy.
This is an excellent address for anyone who wants to discover the real meaning of Ayurveda, the science of life.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days. It's a very pleasant hotel, with a beautiful view and clean rooms. It's also great that the hotel has an Ayurvedic clinic where you can have Panchakarma treatment right away.

I was here at the medical center at the hotel in Shirodhara, and I liked it. The treatment room is comfortable, and there's a restroom right next to it where you can change. The hosts are very welcoming and caring, and they even gave me tea after the procedure. The procedure itself was so relaxing that I even fell asleep.

Здесь очень чисто и красиво, во дворе сразу виден бассейн, всё презентабельно, можно сказать , что по европейски с Индийским колоритом. Я была здесь в медицинском центре при отеле на Широдаре, понравилось, кушетка удобная, тут же рядом туалет, где также можно переодеться. Хозяева очень приветливые и заботливые, чаем напоили ещё после процедуры. Сама процедура расслабляет, я даже заснула)
