Experience specialized postpartum care at Saradha Ayurveda Hospital & Wellness Centre, meticulously crafted for both mothers and newborns. The program initiates with uterine cleansing medications administered in the first three to five days post-delivery. Subsequently, tailored medicines are prescribed over the next two to three weeks, considering factors like the mother's physical condition, climate, and geographical location.
A comprehensive approach integrates Ayurveda, Physiotherapy, and Yoga to guide the organs, including the uterus, back to the prenatal stage – typically achieved within approximately one and a half months post-delivery. Rejuvenation medicines, postpartum oil massages, special kizhi, and medicated water baths are introduced to enhance the overall well-being of the mothers. -
