Ayusmat Naturopathy & Yoga Hospital will have a detailed consultation around evening hrs and will have a introductory ppt session to prepare you for the fasting therapy.
Day 1
First stage :
Therapeutic Fasting / Eliminative Diet
1. day 1 on wards you will be shifted to an eliminate diet for 5 days ( the diet which help you you mobilise & channel the toxins at cellular levels ) which consists of decoctions and infused waters from 7am to 7 pm with a 2 hrs of intervals.
3. Every day ( fasting days )there will be a half an hr treatment like basic mud therapy/ water therapy to pool the circulation towards enhancing the eliminative organs and it’s function.
4. This will kick start the autophagy mechanism at cellular level to flush out the dead cells, decayed cells, deformed cells, cancer cells, glycated proteins etc. and helps our body to slow down any degenerative changes, inflammatory bio- markers and premature aging.
Also there willl be a repairing process, cellular regenerative process and functional restoration.
Second stage :
Juice diet OR Soothening Diet
1. ( 3 days of alkaline fresh juices and slowly introduces different soups towards the second part )
This nutritional diet will helps you soothens your small intestine and large intestine and flush out all the collected / channeled toxins. Also prepare your digestive track ( small intestine and large intestine - approximately 25 feet long ) to restart the effective digestion process.
2. Here you will start with a special kashaya dhara for 7 days to unwind the stress and nerves system.
3. 2nd day of juice therapy onwards you will start the therapeutic massages till your last day of the program. ( full body massages are supposed to start only after the detox time / fasting therapy in order to circulate the better purified blood and lymph fluids. ) the person feels more relaxed and invigorating.
3rd Stage :
Constructive diet
1. You will be gradually shifting to fruits , salads, raw foods and then in to steamed vegetables etc. for 2 days.
This will regularise your digestive process leaves you light and refreshed.
Note:
1. You will have a series of informative educational sessions during the program
2. There will be a half an hr local therapy will be given every day basis to direct the blood micro circulation towards the affected back areas. ( ayurvedic oils, ayurvedic kizhi / ultra sound / IFT etc used based on the requirements as per the doctor’s direction)
3. You can expect 300 gm to 1.4kg weight gain after this program ( it’s not the fat gain but due to the peak absorption capacity and filling weight which will gradually settles down and further the weight loss when you continue our follow up program under our guidelines for 3 months with a height fat, medium protein and low carb diet along with a crash diet course weekly once )
4. You will observe a great changes in your health in all aspects after this detox program. Especially the inflammatory bio markers, metabolic functions and a feel good factor physically, mentally and emotionally.
5. 7 days of kashaya dhara is given , 4 days of uzhichil ( full body massage is given after the eliminative diet/ fasting therapy)
Note : You could have a detailed blood test taken before the program and then we could repeat the test after 3 months of follow up program to see the changes. We will also take the anthropometric measurements and photos to see the before and after changes.
Patient is advised to have a complete rest through out treatment course apart from prescribed treatment. Yoga , walking etc.
Everyday personal 40 min yoga training will also be there based on the individual health needs.
