Dr Hridhya Thilakan is a BAMS-qualified Ayurvedic physician with multiple years of clinical experience in Ayurveda and integrative wellness care. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Wellness and Spa from Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit and is a Certified Yoga Instructor (YIC) from S-VYASA University, Bengaluru. Her areas of interest include wellness education, lifestyle disorder management, and preventive healthcare.
