The Green Palace Health Resort is situated by the Cherai sea shore. The staff here were very welcoming and helpful. There are several varieties of massage services here. Some massages and medications can only be had after consultation with the resident ayurvedic doctor. All family members who availed massages here were satisfied with the results, which they claimed reduced pain and inflammation immensely.

I would rate this place as an excellent property- not for the interiors of the rooms, but the exteriors .. the location the landscaping the ambience .. guys First please accept the fact that this is a kind of island property so it comes with those limitations. But this will only give us a different charm. The owners are hands on and is a qualified Ayurveda doctor . The food options available is ok .. but for people who are heading to jus relax and enjoy the backwaters this place is just amazing. I must say their staff really made the difference

Highly recommended place to stay. I prefer this resort type of stay than houseboat. Food and service is excellent. Ambient and nature is perfect for relaxation. They have high class Ayurveda treatments as well.

Holiday ❘ Family If you are going to this hotel contact the management or search for The green palace car parking .The location of the hotel needs to be updated or the Hotel management needs to share the hotel transit info to customers. We cannot directly go to the hotel on Road which google shows. We need to go to lake point from where there will be a boat provided by hotel management to take us to the hotel. We have faced this issue and we were travelling at night 8 without this knowledge. The hotel is very good and it is centrally located in the lake with scenic views. The food is good but the service can be improved as they provided food which was cold after 2 hrs of our order time. The rooms provided to the car drivers is not good and there is no other option as this hotel is located very far from the town.

No Proper Managment, No Adquet Staff, Restaurant and Bathroom have Bad odour, Fan not working, AC have loud Noise, Lots of Insects inside room even lizad, Food Quality Below Avarage, I think No Maintenance done after construction. Most Important Don't trust on photos shown on Website

I am still wondering how the people given 5 star.Some of them are given best review regarding the bad experience. Its 100% correct. Nothing is there. Rooms are old and not that much clean. No other activities. Photos showing is different from the actual. No kettle or nothing is provided. Its not a resort,some ayurvedic treatment area only. Kindly prefer other options.
