Amala Radhesh has been a practitioner of yoga since childhood. She holds a Masters Degree in Microbiology. However, she chose Yoga as her way of life and went on to do the reputed Yoga Instructors Course. She then completed a Master’s Degree in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA Bangalore. She firmly believes that Yoga is the panacea for most of the modern day problems faced by mankind. She aims in bringing about holistic wellness through her yoga classes.


Sindhu S. is a Registered Dietitian under the Indian Dietetic Association and brings to the table an experience of over 15 years in Nutrition and Dietetics. She holds a Master’s Degree in Food Service Management and Dietetics and is also a UGC-NET qualified professional. She has worked across various leading hospitals in South India including The Medical Trust Hospital (Kochi), Apollo Hospitals (Chennai), Baby Memorial Hospital (Calicut) and Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (Kochi), before co-finding NuYoga. She is also a familiar face in Malayalam Television as a Guest Speaker in various Health and Nutrition shows across different channels.
